Forget-me-nots is expanding its business and is looking for a planning and production staff member (full-time employee).
This position involves planning, production, and management of original apparel for a women's select shop.

Job Title / Position: Women's Product Planning and Production Management

Job Description: ・Progressing original apparel planning
・Developing and progressing collaboration projects
・Creating schedules for production plans, delivery date management, etc.
・Managing delivery dates and costs
・Checking samples and providing modification instructions
・Ordering secondary materials and accessories
・Ordering mass production
・Creating and ordering quality labels
・Inspecting products
・Handling returns
・Responding to product inquiries (creating response guidelines for inquiries from stores and EC)
・General production management tasks including negotiations with suppliers
Salary: Estimated monthly salary: 280,000 to 380,000 yen
Estimated annual salary: 3,500,000 to 5,000,000 yen
*Decided based on skills, experience, and previous salary.

Fully reimbursed (conditions apply)

＜Holidays＞
Generally Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays with separate regulations

＜Working Hours＞
10:00 - 19:00 (1 hour break / 8 hours actual work)

Required Skills and Experience: ・Over 3 years of experience in production management (experience at trading companies/OEMs only is acceptable / experience with single items is acceptable)
・Practical experience with Adobe Illustrator
・Intermediate to advanced PC skills (especially understanding of functions for aggregation and analysis in Microsoft Excel)
Preferred Skills and Experience: ・Experience with sundry goods in addition to woven fabrics, knits, and cut-and-sew items
・Experience in product planning with external directors and designers
Ideal Candidate: ・Able to work at a fast pace
・Able to solve problems independently while progressing with tasks
・Possesses a sense of responsibility and can work as part of a team
・No communication or coordination issues, as the job involves communication both internally and externally
