＜What is an alternate winner?＞
An alternate winner is a person who wins in a re-lottery for a remaining winning slot due to an automatic cancellation after the payment deadline for an initial winner.
* Winning is not confirmed at the alternate winning stage, so purchase is not guaranteed.
* A re-lottery will be conducted among alternate winners, and winning/losing will be determined, only if a cancellation occurs in the initial lottery.
* The re-lottery will be conducted randomly on the same day of release, after the initial lottery has ended and depending on the cancellation status.
Therefore, please understand that we cannot inform you of the exact time when the successful alternate winning notification will be sent due to system reasons.

＜How to participate in the WEB lottery＞
*An application period is set for each WEB lottery.*
*Membership registration is required to participate. Please log in.
1) We will send "Entry Guidance" via push notification.

2) Follow the instructions in the push notification to move to the entry page.

3) Log in as a member using your registered email address and password.
4) Select your "Desired Size" and tap "Enter".
*Size changes are not possible after entry. Please be aware of this beforehand.
5) Please confirm the "Product Purchase Terms and Conditions".
*Only those who agree can participate in the lottery.
This completes your entry.
6) If you receive a winning notification, please proceed with "Order Procedure".
*After winning, there is a time limit for purchase, so please complete payment within the allotted time. Please note that exceeding the time limit will result in automatic cancellation.
7) After entering payment information, tap "Confirm Order".
*Payment methods are limited to credit card only.
*Cash on delivery can be selected at the time of purchase, but purchases made via cash on delivery will be automatically canceled, so please be careful.
*After completing the entry, regardless of whether the order is confirmed, withdrawal of application, order cancellation, or changes to order information (address change, size change, etc.)

＜Regarding Winning/Alternate Winning/Losing Notifications＞
Notifications will only be sent via app push notifications.
*Delivery times are set for each lottery.
*Please make sure to set push notifications to "On".
The initial lottery results will be one of three types: "Winning," "Losing," and "Alternate Winning."
Please refer to the following for details.
1) Winning
If you win the lottery, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
You can check the notification from the app's notification tab.
When you open the winning notification, a payment screen will appear.
Please proceed with the payment according to the instructions on the screen.
Also, each lottery product has a time limit set for making the payment.
This time limit is displayed with a timer on the screen where you opened the winning notification.
If you exceed the time limit, you will lose the right to purchase and it will be automatically canceled, so please make the payment by then.
*No extension of time is possible for expired payment deadlines.
2) Alternate Winning
Alternate winning means "an alternate winning slot that results from a re-lottery conducted for remaining winning slots
due to automatic cancellations after the payment deadline for initial winners."
If you are an alternate winner, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
*An alternate winning notification is not an official winning notification.
*Alternate winning does not guarantee a confirmed win, so purchase is not guaranteed.
*A re-lottery will be conducted among alternate winners, and winning/losing will be determined, only if a cancellation occurs in the initial lottery.
*The re-lottery will be conducted randomly on the same day of release, after the initial lottery has ended and depending on the cancellation status.
Therefore, we cannot inform you of the exact time when the successful alternate winning notification will be sent due to system reasons.
-If you are an alternate winner after the re-lottery
You will receive an official winning push notification.
The payment time limit after winning will be the time limit originally set for that product.
Please note that if you exceed the time limit, you will lose the right to purchase and it will be automatically canceled.
-If you lose after the re-lottery
If the re-lottery ends and an alternate winning notification is not received by alternate winners, a push notification of losing will be sent.
Regarding losing notifications, the exact time when the notification will be sent on the day is not known due to the re-lottery status and system circumstances.
3) Losing
If you lose, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
Unfortunately, if you receive a losing notification, you will not be able to purchase the product in question.

*We do not accept refunds, returns, or size exchanges after purchase.
*For initial defects after delivery, all responses will be handled by refund.
*If we determine that an act is fraudulent, such as multiple sizes, multiple entries, entries outside the application period, or entries for the purpose of bulk purchase, we may exclude you from future lotteries and invalidate your account without prior notice, regardless of the reason.

Q1. I cannot register as a new member on the app.
A1. You cannot register as a new member using an email address that is already subscribed to the online site's newsletter.
Please register with a different email address.

1. Tap the menu button in the upper right corner.
2. Tap My account.
3. Tap Create account.

6. Tap "Activate account" to complete registration.
7. Return to the app and log in with the information above.
Q2. I cannot log in to the app.
A2-1. Please log in using the same email address as your main online store membership registration.
A2-2. Please try again later with the correct password.
Q3. The lottery entry button is not displayed.
A3. The entry button will be displayed by setting push notifications to "On".
Q4. The app won't open, crashes immediately, or I can't proceed to lottery entry, etc.
A4. Please try restarting your device, uninstalling and re-downloading the app after some time.
Alternatively, updating your device's version to the latest may resolve the issue.
Q5. The lottery entry button is unresponsive.
A5. If your device's iOS version is old, an error may occur where the lottery application button is unresponsive.
