The waitlist refers to the remaining winning slots that become available for resale due to automatic cancellations when initial winners fail to make payment by the deadline.

・Entry does not guarantee purchase.

＜How to Participate in the Web Lottery＞
*An application period will be set for each web lottery.*
*Membership registration is required to participate. Please log in.
１）We will send a "Lottery Entry Guide" via push notification.
*Please be sure to set push notifications to "On". If they are off, you will not be able to proceed with entry, so please be aware.
２）Follow the instructions in the push notification to move to the entry page.
*The "Enter" button will appear from the entry start time. (You cannot enter outside the entry period.)
３）Log in as a member using your registered email address and password.
４）Select your "Desired Size" and tap "Enter."
*Size changes cannot be made after entry. Please be aware of this in advance.
５）Please confirm the "Product Purchase Terms and Conditions."
*Only those who agree can participate in the lottery.
This completes your entry.
６）Once you receive a winning notification, please proceed with "Order Processing."
*After winning, a time limit for purchase will be set, so please be sure to complete payment within the allotted time. Please note that if the time limit is exceeded, the order will be automatically canceled.
７）After entering payment information, tap "Confirm Order."
*Only credit card payments are accepted.

＜Notification of Winning/Waitlist/Losing＞
Notifications will only be sent via app push notifications.
*Delivery times will be set for each lottery.
*Please be sure to set push notifications to "On".
There are three types of notifications for the initial lottery results: "Winning," "Losing," and "Waitlist."
Please check below for details.
１）Winning
If you win the lottery, you will receive a notification via push notification.
You can check notifications from the app's notification tab.
When you open the winning notification, a payment screen will be displayed.
Please proceed with payment according to the on-screen instructions.
In addition, each lottery product has a time limit set for completing payment.
This time limit is displayed with a timer on the screen when you open the winning notification.
If the time limit is exceeded, you will lose the right to purchase and the order will be automatically canceled, so please make payment before then.

２）Waitlist
The waitlist refers to "remaining winning slots that become available for resale due to automatic cancellations when initial winners fail to make payment by the deadline."
If you are on the waitlist, you will receive a notification via push notification.
*The waitlist notification is not an official winning notification.
*Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a win, so we cannot assure purchase.
*Resale to waitlist winners will only occur if cancellations are generated from the initial lottery, determining winners/losers from the waitlist.
*Resale will be conducted randomly on the day of release, after the initial lottery ends and depending on cancellation status.
Therefore, due to system reasons, we cannot determine at what time the waitlist winning notification will be sent on that day.
- If you win after resale
You will receive an official winning push notification.
The payment time limit after winning will be the time limit originally set for that product.
Please note that if the time limit is exceeded, you will lose the right to purchase and the order will be automatically canceled.
- If you lose after resale
After the resale ends, waitlist members who did not receive an upgraded winning notification will receive a losing push notification.
The timing of the losing notification also depends on the resale status and system circumstances, so we cannot determine when the notification will be sent on that day.
３）Losing
A losing notification will be sent via push notification.
If you receive a losing notification, unfortunately, you will not be able to purchase the product.

＜Prohibited Actions＞
*Refunds, returns, or size exchanges after purchase are not accepted under any circumstances.
*Any initial defects after delivery will be handled as a refund.
*If we determine that an act is fraudulent, such as multiple sizes, multiple entries, entries outside the application period, or entries for the purpose of bulk purchase, we may exclude you from future lotteries and invalidate your account without prior notice, regardless of the reason.

The personal information you register may be used to send you information about new products, sales, and other company information in the future.
＜Q&A＞
Q1. Cannot register as a new member on the app.
A1. New member registration using an email address that is already registered for the online site newsletter is not possible.
Please register with a different email address.
If you wish to log in with an email address already registered for the newsletter, you will need to complete the following full member registration process on the online site.
-Procedure-
１、Tap the menu button in the upper right corner.
２、Tap My account.
３、Tap Create account.
４、Fill in the required information on the new member registration screen → "Register"
*Enter the email address subscribed to the newsletter.
５、You will receive an email from our store titled "Activate your customer account" at the registered address.
６、Tap "Activate your account" to complete registration.
７、Return to the app and log in with the above information.
Q2. Cannot log in to the app.
A2-1. Please log in with the same email address used for full member registration on the online site.
A2-2. Please try again later with the correct password.
Q3. Lottery entry button is not displayed.
A3. The entry button will appear when you set push notifications to "On".
Q4. App does not open, crashes immediately/cannot proceed to lottery entry, etc.
A4. Please try restarting your device, uninstalling and reinstalling the app after some time.
Alternatively, updating your device to the latest version may resolve the issue.
Q5. Lottery entry button does not respond.
A5. If the iOS version on your device is old, an error may occur where the lottery application button does not respond.
To enter, you will need to update your iOS version to the latest. Please perform backups and check the compatibility of other apps you are using before updating.
