■Re-lottery for Runner-ups / Notification of Elevated Winning / Losing

*A re-lottery will only be conducted among runner-ups to determine winners/losers if cancellations occur in the initial lottery.
*The re-lottery will be conducted randomly on the release day after the initial lottery has concluded and depending on the cancellation status.
Therefore, please understand that we cannot determine at what time on the day you will receive an elevated winning notification due to system circumstances.
＜What is a Runner-up?＞
A runner-up refers to a position in a re-lottery for remaining winning slots that become available due to automatic cancellations when initial winners fail to make payment by the deadline.

＜How to participate in the WEB lottery＞
*An application period will be set for each WEB lottery.*

＜About winning/runner-up/losing notifications＞
This will only be done via app push notifications.

There will be three types of initial lottery result notifications: "Winning," "Losing," and "Runner-up."

１）Winning
If you win the lottery, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
You can check notifications in the app's notification tab.
When you open the winning notification, a payment screen will appear.
Please proceed with payment according to the on-screen instructions.
In addition, each lottery product has a time limit for payment.
This time limit is displayed as a timer on the screen when you open the winning notification.
If you exceed the time limit, you will lose the right to purchase and your order will be automatically canceled, so please complete payment by then.

２）Runner-up
A runner-up refers to a "runner-up position in a re-lottery for remaining winning slots
that become available due to automatic cancellations when initial winners fail to make payment by the deadline."
If you are a runner-up, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
*A runner-up notification is not an official winning notification.
*Being a runner-up does not guarantee a win or purchase.
*A re-lottery will only be conducted among runner-ups to determine winners/losers if cancellations occur in the initial lottery.
*The re-lottery will be conducted randomly on the release day after the initial lottery has concluded and depending on the cancellation status.
Therefore, we cannot determine at what time on the day you will receive an elevated winning notification due to system circumstances.
-If you win after the re-lottery (elevated winning)
You will receive an official winning push notification.
The payment time limit after winning will be the time limit originally set for that product.
Please note that if you exceed the time limit, you will lose the right to purchase and your order will be automatically canceled.
-If you lose after the re-lottery
If you were a runner-up but did not receive an elevated winning notification after the re-lottery, a losing push notification will be sent to you.
The timing of the losing notification is also dependent on the re-lottery status and system circumstances, so we cannot determine at what time on the day the notification will be sent.
３）Losing
You will receive a notification along with a push notification if you lose.
If you receive a losing notification, unfortunately, you will not be able to purchase the target product.

Q1. Cannot register as a new member on the app
A1. You cannot register as a new member with an email address that is already registered for newsletter subscription on the online site.
Please register with a different email address.
If you wish to log in with an email address already registered for newsletter subscription, you need to complete the following full member registration on the online site.
-Steps-
１、Tap the menu button on the top right
２、Tap My account
３、Tap Create account
４、Fill in the required fields on the new member registration screen → "Register"
*Enter the email address subscribed to the newsletter
５、You will receive an email from our store to your registered address with the subject "Activate your customer account."
６、Tap "Activate your account" to complete registration.
７、Return to the app and log in with the above information.
Q2. Cannot log in to the app
A2-1. Please log in with the same email address as your online site full member registration.
A2-2. Please try again after some time with the correct password.
Q3. The lottery entry button is not displayed
A3. The entry button will appear when push notifications are set to "On."
Q4. The app won't open, crashes immediately, or I can't proceed to lottery entry, etc.
A4. Please try restarting your device, uninstalling and reinstalling the app after some time.
Alternatively, updating your device's operating system to the latest version may resolve the issue.

A5. If the iOS version of your device is old, an error may occur where the lottery application button does not respond.
