Winners will be selected by lottery from those who fill out an entry form at the Forget-me-nots Daikanyama main store and post their styling on Instagram under the following conditions.

① Please visit the Forget-me-nots Daikanyama main store and fill out the entry form with the required information.
*This is not first-come, first-served, so the probability of winning will not change no matter when you visit during the period.
Styling Post Submission Period: From 11:00, July 30 (Sat) - 13:00, August 3 (Wed), 2022
② Hashtags: "#fmnmood" "#fmn_nike_jacquemus"
Please be sure to include the above two hashtags and post a styling image on Instagram that expresses Forget-me-nots' concept "street is beautiful, sneaker is elegant." during the lottery period.
*Entry is complete only when both ① and ② above are completed. Please note that performing only one of them will result in an incomplete entry.
Winner Notification to Winners: We will contact you via Instagram DM (direct message) at any time by 19:00, August 4 (Thu), 2022.
*Please note that we will not notify non-winners.
Pickup Period: Pickup at Forget-me-nots Daikanyama main store from 11:00 to 20:00, August 5 (Fri) - August 7 (Sun), 2022.
*Payment will be made at Forget-me-nots Daikanyama main store upon product pickup. Cash or credit card payment is accepted.
*Products can only be picked up by the individual, so please bring a photo ID.

＜Notes on Entry＞
*Each person is limited to one entry per product number.
*You can enter multiple product numbers in one entry, but please note that you may only win one product number if selected.
*Lining up at the Forget-me-nots Daikanyama main store for the purpose of entry is prohibited as it causes inconvenience to neighboring stores.
*Entry does not guarantee purchase.
*We do not accept size changes or entry cancellations after entry is completed.
*If we determine that an entry is fraudulent, such as multiple sizes, multiple entries, entries outside the application period, or entries for the purpose of bulk purchase, we may exclude the applicant from future lotteries without prior notice, regardless of the reason.

*Cancellations after winning will not be accepted for any reason.
*Returns, refunds, or size exchanges after purchase are not accepted.
