Reservations for the ear acupressure jewelry experience, held within the adidas Low-Profile POPUP "THE ORIGINAL LOUNGE BY Forget-me-nots", are accepted via the form below. Please be sure to read the following notes before applying.
Information regarding reservations
- ・Reservations are open to those who have already purchased eligible products during the POPUP period, or those who plan to purchase them on the day of the ear acupressure event.
- ・This offer does not apply to purchases made through the online store.
- ・Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis.
- ・After confirming your submission, we will send an email at a later date to those for whom a reservation slot has been secured.
Please note: Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive this email. - ・If you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation, it will be automatically canceled.
- ・If multiple people wish to participate, please select the required number of slots and have one representative submit the form.
