A collaboration model of the ALL STAR SQUARETOE, a new model inspired by square-toed leather shoes.
This collaboration is with Toya Horiuchi, an artist based in NY who is active both in Japan and internationally.
The upper is made of high-quality nubuck leather, giving it a more leather shoe-like finish.
The entire shoe is black, with dull black eyelets for a chic look, and the first eyelet from the toe is arranged as a Converse-like star-shaped stud.
The original artwork, which combines the Statue of Liberty, a symbol of NY where Toya is based, and the ankle patch, is printed on the back of the tongue.
Available in one color: black.

TOYA HORIUCHI
NY-based artist.
Moved to NY in 2013 and has been based there ever since.
Provides graphics and designs to numerous Japanese and American brands and artists.
Uses a wide range of media, including graphic design, silkscreen, printer, spray, charcoal, and oil painting, and the production method varies depending on the work. His inspirations are also wide-ranging, from street culture to contemporary art, architecture, and industrial design.
He has participated in exhibitions at galleries in New York, including Canada NY gallery, and has also exhibited in Japan at Common gallery and the former Bookmarc.

ALL STAR SQUARETOE SPEC
・A new last with a focus on the toe shape, inspired by square-toed leather shoes
・Decorative side stitching arranged in a squared shape to match the impression of the toe
・Polished toe cap and tape for a leather shoe-like appearance
・The bottom surface when molding the upper features a highly cushioned PU sheet, topped with an insole combining highly cushioned and breathable open-cell urethane foam and resilient, durable sponge rubber.
