The PUMA Speedcat OG is inspired by the speed of F1 racing.

The Speedcat was born in 1999 as a lifestyle shoe based on the fire-resistant racing shoes worn by F1 Grand Prix drivers in the 80s and 90s. Its racing-inspired sleek lines and aerodynamic design have made an impact on fashion and sneaker culture. The re-released Speedcat OG comes in a wide range of colors reminiscent of F1 racing teams and features a generous use of suede material. In homage to early 2000s racing wear, a "Puma Cat" is embroidered on the toe, and a gold logo is featured on the tongue and above the Formstrip.
