Forget-me-nots Original App
Release Announcement

On Thursday, June 24, 2021, we released the official Forget-me-nots app.

The app provides notifications for new products, special campaigns, and more, and also allows you to shop directly from the Forget-me-nots online store.

Going forward,抽選販売 (lottery sales) for special products will only be conducted through the app.

The Forget-me-nots app is even more convenient when linked with your existing Forget-me-nots online store account.
After downloading the Forget-me-nots app, please proceed with the login process within the app.

The procedure varies depending on whether you are registered as a member of the online store, so please refer to the information below for details.

■ For those who have used the online store before or are already members

　Download the Forget-me-nots app, and
　log in with the email address and password registered with the online store.

■ For those who are not yet registered as members of the online store

　Download the Forget-me-nots app and register as a new member.

＜Q＆A＞
Q1. I cannot register as a new member on the app.
A1. New member registration is not possible with an email address that is already subscribed to the online site's newsletter.
Please register with a different email address.
If you wish to log in with an email address that is subscribed to the newsletter, you need to complete the following full member registration process on the online site.

-Steps-
1. Tap the menu button on the top right.
2. Tap "My account".
3. Tap "Create account".
4. Fill in the required information on the new member registration screen. → "Register"
　　※Enter the email address subscribed to the newsletter
5. You will receive an email from our store titled "Activate your customer account" at the registered address.
6. Tap "Activate account" to complete registration.
7. Return to the app and log in with the above information.

Q2. I cannot log in to the app.
A2-1. Please log in with the same email address used for full online site membership registration.
A2-2. Please try again later with the correct password.

Q3. The lottery entry button is not displayed.
A3. The entry button will appear if you set push notifications to "On".

Q4. The app crashes immediately / does not open / cannot proceed to lottery entry, etc.
A4. This may be resolved by waiting some time, restarting your device, uninstalling the app,
or updating your device's operating system version.
