* A re-draw among runner-up winners to determine winners/losers will only occur if cancellations happen in the initial draw.
* The re-draw will be conducted randomly on the day of sale, after the initial draw has concluded and depending on the cancellation status.
Therefore, please understand that due to system limitations, we cannot confirm the exact time when uplifted winner notifications will be sent on the day.

＜What is a Runner-up Winner?＞
A runner-up winner is a position allocated when a re-draw is conducted for remaining winning slots due to automatic cancellations from initial winners' expired payment deadlines.

＜How to Participate in the WEB Lottery＞
* An application period will be set for each WEB lottery.
* Membership registration is required to participate. Please log in.
1) We will send "Entry Guidance" via push notification.
* Please make sure push notifications are set to "ON". If they are off, you will not be able to proceed with entry, so please be careful.
2) Follow the instructions in the push notification to navigate to the entry page.
* The "Enter" button will appear from the entry start time. (You cannot enter outside the entry period.)
3) Log in as a member using your registered email address and password.
4) Select your "Desired Size" and tap "Enter".
* Size changes are not possible after entry. Please be aware of this in advance.
5) Please confirm the "Product Purchase Terms".
* Only those who agree can participate in the lottery.
This completes your entry.
6) If you receive a winning notification, please proceed with "Order Procedure".
* After winning, there is a time limit for purchase, so please complete payment within that time. Please note that if you exceed the time limit, your order will be automatically canceled.
7) After entering your payment information, tap "Confirm Order".
* Payment is accepted by credit card only.
* While cash on delivery can be selected at the time of purchase, purchases made via cash on delivery will be automatically canceled, so please be careful.
* After entry completion, regardless of whether your order is confirmed or not, you cannot withdraw your application, cancel your order, or change order information (address change, size change, etc.).

＜About Winning / Runner-up / Losing Notifications＞
Notifications will only be sent via app push notifications.
* Delivery times will be set for each lottery.
* Please make sure push notifications are set to "ON".
The initial lottery results will be one of three types: "Winning," "Losing," and "Runner-up."
Please check the details below.
1) Winning
If you win the lottery, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
You can check notifications from the app's notification tab.
When you open the winning notification, a payment screen will appear.
Please proceed with payment according to the on-screen instructions.
In addition, a time limit for payment is set for each lottery product.
This time limit is displayed by a timer on the screen when you open the winning notification.
If you exceed the time limit, you will lose the right to purchase and your order will be automatically canceled, so please complete payment before then.
* No time extensions will be granted for expired payment deadlines.
2) Runner-up
A runner-up is a position allocated when a re-draw is conducted for remaining winning slots due to "automatic cancellations from initial winners' expired payment deadlines."
If you are a runner-up, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
* Runner-up notifications are not formal winning notifications.
* A runner-up is not a guaranteed win, and purchase cannot be assured at this stage.
* A re-draw among runner-up winners to determine winners/losers will only occur if cancellations happen in the initial draw.
* The re-draw will be conducted randomly on the day of sale, after the initial draw has concluded and depending on the cancellation status.
Therefore, due to the re-draw status and system limitations, we cannot confirm the exact time when uplifted winner notifications will be sent on the day.
- If you are uplifted to a winner after the re-draw
You will receive a formal winning push notification.
The payment deadline after winning will be the time limit originally set for that product.
Please note that if you exceed the time limit, you will lose the right to purchase and your order will be automatically canceled.
- If you lose after the re-draw
Runner-up winners who did not receive an uplifted winning notification after the re-draw has concluded will receive a losing push notification.
The time when losing notifications are sent on the day cannot be confirmed due to the re-draw status and system limitations.
3) Losing
If you lose, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
If you receive a losing notification, unfortunately, you will not be able to purchase the product.

* If we determine that an act is fraudulent, such as applying for multiple sizes, multiple times, outside the application period, or with the intent of bulk purchase, we reserve the right to exclude you from future lotteries and invalidate your account without prior notice, regardless of the reason.

Q1. Cannot register as a new member on the app.
A1. You cannot register as a new member with an email address already subscribed to the online site's newsletter.
Please register with a different email address.
If you wish to log in with an email address subscribed to the newsletter, you need to complete the following main member registration process on the online site.

1. Tap the menu button in the top right.
2. Tap "My account".
3. Tap "Create account".

Q3. The lottery entry button does not appear.
A3. The entry button will appear when you set push notifications to "ON".
Q4. The app won't open, crashes immediately, cannot proceed with lottery entry, etc.
A4. Please wait a moment and try restarting your device, or uninstalling and re-downloading the app.
Alternatively, updating your device to the latest version may resolve the issue.
Q5. The lottery entry button does not respond.
A5. If your device's iOS version is old, an error may occur where the lottery application button does not respond.
