＜How to participate in the WEB lottery＞
*An application period will be set for each WEB lottery*
*Membership registration is required to participate. Please log in.
1) "Entry Guidance" will be delivered via push notification.
*Please ensure push notifications are "On". If they are off, you will not be able to proceed with entry, so please be aware.
2) Follow the instructions in the push notification to navigate to the entry page.
*The "Enter" button will appear from the entry start time. (Entry is not possible outside the entry period)
3) Log in as a member using your registered email address and password.
4) Select your "Desired size" and tap "Enter".
*Please note that you cannot change your size after entry.
5) Please review the "Product Purchase Terms".
*Only those who agree can participate in the lottery.
This completes your entry.
6) Once you receive a winning notification, please proceed with "Order processing".
*After winning, a purchase time limit will be set, so please ensure you complete payment within the allotted time. Your order will be automatically canceled if the time limit is exceeded, so please be careful.
7) After entering your payment information, tap "Confirm order".
*Only credit card payments are accepted.
*Cash on delivery can be selected at the time of purchase, but orders made with cash on delivery will be automatically canceled, so please be careful.
*After completing your entry, whether your order is confirmed or not, you cannot withdraw your application, cancel your order, or change your order information (e.g., address, size).
Please be very careful when entering your order information.
＜About Winning/Substitute Winning/Losing Notifications＞
Notifications will be sent only via app push notifications.
*Delivery times will be set for each lottery.
*Please ensure push notifications are "On".
The results of the initial lottery will be categorized into three types: "Winning", "Losing", and **"Substitute Winning"**.
Please see below for details.
**1) Winning**
If you win the lottery, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
You can check the notification from the app's notification tab.
When you open the winning notification, a payment screen will appear, so please
follow the on-screen instructions to make your payment.
Also, each lottery product has a time limit for payment.
This time limit is displayed with a timer on the screen when you open the winning notification.
If the time limit is exceeded, you will lose your right to purchase and the order will be automatically canceled, so please complete payment by then.
*No time extensions will be granted for payment expiration.
**2) Substitute Winning**
A substitute win refers to "a substitute winning slot that occurs when a re-raffle is conducted for remaining winning slots due to automatic cancellations from initial winners failing to meet their payment deadline."
If you receive a substitute win, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
*A substitute winning notification is not an official winning notification.
*A substitute win does not guarantee a purchase, as the win is not yet finalized.
*A re-raffle will only be conducted among substitute winners, and the final winning/losing status will be determined, only if cancellations occur in the initial raffle.
*The re-raffle will be conducted randomly on the release day after the initial raffle has ended, depending on the cancellation status.
Therefore, we cannot inform you of the exact time you will receive an elevated winning notification on the day due to system constraints.
- If you are elevated to a win after the re-raffle
You will receive an official winning push notification.
The payment time limit after winning will be the time limit originally set for that product.
Please note that if the time limit is exceeded, you will lose your right to purchase and the order will be automatically canceled.
- If you lose after the re-raffle
Substitute winners who do not receive an elevated winning notification after the re-raffle has concluded will receive a losing push notification.
The time at which losing notifications are sent on the day cannot be determined due to the re-raffle status and system constraints.
**3) Losing**
You will receive a notification along with a push notification of your loss.
If you receive a losing notification, unfortunately, you will not be able to purchase the product.
＜Important Notes＞
・Please log in to the app using the same email address as your Forget-me-nots online store full member registration.
・Entry applications do not guarantee a purchase.
・Payment is by credit card only. While cash on delivery may be selected at the time of purchase, orders made with cash on delivery will be automatically canceled.
・After completing your entry, you cannot withdraw your application, cancel your order, or change your order information (e.g., address, size). Please be very careful when entering your order information.
・There is a possibility that access may be concentrated, making it temporarily difficult or impossible to connect. Please understand this.
・This is not a first-come, first-served registration. The probability of winning does not change regardless of when you apply during the entry period.
・There will be no lottery sales at physical stores. Please understand that we cannot answer inquiries about this at our stores.
＜Prohibited Actions＞
*No refunds, returns, or size exchanges will be accepted after purchase.
*For initial defects upon delivery, all responses will be refunds.
*If we determine that an action is fraudulent, such as multiple sizes, multiple entries, entries outside the application period, or entries for mass purchase, we reserve the right to exclude you from future lotteries and invalidate your account without prior notice.
＜Other Information＞
The personal information you register may be used for delivering our information, such as new products and sales, in the future.
＜Q&A＞
Q1. Cannot register as a new member on the app.
A1. You cannot register as a new member with an email address already subscribed to the online site's newsletter.
Please register with a different email address.
If you wish to log in with an email address already subscribed to the newsletter, you will need to complete the full membership registration on the online site as described below.
-Procedure-
1. Tap the menu button in the top right corner.
2. Tap "My account".
3. Tap "Create account".
4. Fill in the required information on the new member registration screen → "Register".
*Enter the email address subscribed to the newsletter.
5. You will receive an email from our store at the registered address with the subject "Activate your customer account".
6. Tap "Activate account" to complete registration.
7. Return to the app and log in with the details above.
Q2. Cannot log in to the app.
A2-1. Please log in using the same email address as your online site full member registration.
A2-2. Please wait some time and try again with the correct password.
Q3. The lottery entry button is not displayed.
A3. The entry button will appear when push notifications are set to "On".
Q4. The app won't open, crashes immediately, or I can't proceed to lottery entry, etc.
A4. Please wait some time and try restarting your device, uninstalling and re-downloading the app.
Alternatively, updating your device's operating system to the latest version may resolve the issue.
Q5. The lottery entry button is unresponsive.
A5. If your device's iOS version is old, an error may occur where the lottery application button is unresponsive.
To enter, you need to update your iOS version to the latest. Please back up your data and
check the compatibility with other apps you are using before updating.
