■ Re-lottery for Waitlist Candidates: Notification of Upgraded Winners/Losers

*A re-lottery will be conducted among waitlist candidates, and winners/losers will be decided, only if cancellations occur in the initial lottery.
*The re-lottery will be conducted randomly on the release day, depending on cancellation status, after the initial lottery has concluded.
Therefore, please understand that due to system constraints, we cannot inform you of the exact time on the day when upgraded winner notifications will be sent.

＜What is a waitlist candidate?＞
A waitlist candidate is someone who is placed on a re-lottery for remaining winning slots due to automatic cancellations from initial winners failing to meet the payment deadline.
*Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a win, so purchase is not guaranteed.

＜Important Notes＞
・Please log in to the app using the same email address as your Forget-me-nots online store full membership registration.
・Entry does not guarantee a purchase.
*Entry opening and winner/loser notifications will only be sent via app push notifications, so please make sure to set push notifications to "On".
*If you win, there will be a time limit for purchase, so please complete the payment within the specified time.

・Payment is by credit card only. Cash on delivery can be selected at the time of purchase, but your order will be automatically canceled if you choose it.

＜How to participate in the WEB lottery＞
*An application period will be set for each WEB lottery.*
*Membership registration is required to participate. Please log in.
1) We will send "Entry Guidance" via push notification.
*Please be sure to set push notifications to "On". Please note that if they are off, you will not be able to proceed with your entry.
2) Follow the instructions in the push notification to move to the entry page.
*The "Enter" button will be displayed from the entry start time. (You cannot enter outside the entry period.)
3) Log in as a member using your registered email address and password.
4) Select your "Desired Size" and tap "Enter".
*Size changes are not possible after entry. Please be aware of this in advance.
5) Please confirm the "Product Purchase Terms".
*Only those who agree can participate in the lottery.
This completes your entry.
6) Once you receive a winning notification, please proceed with "Order Procedure".
*After winning, there is a time limit for purchase, so please be sure to complete the payment within the specified time. Please note that if the time limit is exceeded, your order will be automatically canceled.
7) After entering your payment information, tap "Confirm Order".
*Payment is accepted by credit card only.
*Cash on delivery can be selected at the time of purchase, but please note that purchases made with cash on delivery will be automatically canceled.
*After completing your entry, regardless of whether your order is confirmed, you cannot withdraw your application, cancel your order, or change your order information (e.g., address change, size change).

＜About Winner/Waitlist/Loser Notifications＞
Notifications will only be sent via app push notifications.
*Delivery times will be set for each lottery.
*Please be sure to set push notifications to "On".
There are three types of initial lottery result notifications: "Winner," "Loser," and "Waitlist".
Please check the details below.
1) Winner
If you win the lottery, you will receive a notification via push notification.
You can check notifications from the app's notification tab.
When you open the winner notification, a payment screen will be displayed, so
please proceed with payment according to the instructions on the screen.
Also, each lottery product has a time limit set for completing payment.
This time limit is displayed with a timer on the screen when you open the winner notification.
If the time limit is exceeded, you will lose your right to purchase and your order will be automatically canceled, so please make your payment before then.

2) Waitlist
A waitlist candidate is someone who is placed on a re-lottery for remaining winning slots due to automatic cancellations from initial winners failing to meet the payment deadline.
If you are on the waitlist, you will receive a notification via push notification.
*A waitlist notification is not an official winning notification.
*Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a win, so purchase is not guaranteed.
*A re-lottery will be conducted among waitlist candidates, and winners/losers will be decided, only if cancellations occur in the initial lottery.
*The re-lottery will be conducted randomly on the release day, depending on cancellation status, after the initial lottery has concluded.
Therefore, due to system constraints, we cannot inform you of the exact time on the day when upgraded winner notifications will be sent.
-If you are upgraded to a winner after the re-lottery
You will receive an official winning push notification.
The payment time limit after winning will be the original time limit set for the target product.
Please note that if the time limit is exceeded, you will lose your right to purchase and your order will be automatically canceled.
-If you lose after the re-lottery
Waitlist candidates who do not receive an upgraded winner notification after the re-lottery has concluded will be sent a losing push notification.
The timing of losing notifications also depends on the re-lottery situation and system constraints, so we cannot inform you of the exact time on the day when notifications will be sent.
3) Loser
If you lose, you will receive a notification via push notification.
If you receive a losing notification, unfortunately, you will not be able to purchase the target product.

＜Prohibited Actions＞
*We do not accept any refunds, returns, or size exchanges after purchase.
*For initial defects after delivery, all responses will be handled by refund.
*If we determine that an act is fraudulent, such as multiple sizes, multiple entries, entries outside the application acceptance period, or entries for the purpose of bulk purchase, we reserve the right to exclude the applicant from future lotteries and invalidate the account without prior notice, regardless of the reason.

The personal information you register may be used for distributing information about new products, sales, and other company information in the future.
＜Q&A＞
Q1. I can't register as a new member on the app.
A1. You cannot register as a new member with an email address that is already registered for online site newsletter subscriptions.
Please register with a different email address.
If you wish to log in with an email address already registered for newsletter subscriptions, you will need to complete the following full membership registration on the online site.
-Procedure-
1. Tap the menu button in the upper right corner.
2. Tap "My account".
3. Tap "Create account".
4. Fill in the required fields on the new member registration screen → "Register"
*Enter the email address subscribed to the newsletter.
5. You will receive an email from our store at the registered address with the title "Activate your customer account".
6. Tap "Activate account" to complete registration.
7. Return to the app and log in with the above information.
Q2. I can't log in to the app.
A2-1. Please log in with the same email address as your online site full membership registration.
A2-2. Please try again after some time with the correct password.
Q3. The lottery entry button is not displayed.
A3. The entry button will be displayed by setting push notifications to "On".
Q4. The app won't open, crashes immediately, or I can't proceed to lottery entry, etc.
A4. Please try restarting your device, uninstalling and reinstalling the app after some time.
Alternatively, updating your device's operating system to the latest version may resolve the issue.
Q5. The lottery entry button is not responding.
A5. If the iOS version of your device is old, an error may occur where the lottery application button does not respond.
To enter, you will need to update your iOS version to the latest. Please back up your data and
check the compatibility of other apps you are using before updating.
