＜What is a waitlist notification?＞
A waitlist notification refers to a waitlisted spot that becomes available when a re-lottery is conducted for remaining winning slots due to automatic cancellations after the payment deadline for initial winners has passed.
※Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a win, and purchase is not guaranteed.
※A re-lottery will only be conducted among waitlisted individuals if cancellations occur in the initial lottery, and the winning/losing status will then be determined.
※The re-lottery will be conducted randomly on the release day, after the initial lottery has ended and depending on the cancellation status.

＜How to participate in the WEB lottery＞
※An application period will be set for each WEB lottery※

1) We will send a "Entry Guide" via push notification.

2) Follow the instructions in the push notification to navigate to the entry page.

3) Log in as a member using your registered email address and password.
4) Select your "Desired size" and tap "Enter".

5) Please confirm the "Product Purchase Terms and Conditions".
※Only those who agree can participate in the lottery.
This completes your entry.
6) Once you receive a winning notification, please "Proceed with order".
※After winning, there is a time limit for purchase, so please be sure to complete payment within the allotted time. Please note that exceeding the time limit will result in automatic cancellation.
7) After entering your payment information, tap "Confirm order".
※Only credit card payments are accepted.

＜About winning/waitlist/losing notifications＞
Notifications will only be sent via app push notifications.
※Delivery times will be set for each lottery.

The initial lottery results will have three types of notifications: "Winning," "Losing," and "Waitlist."
Please refer to the details below.
1) Winning
If you win the lottery, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
You can check the notification from the "Notifications" tab in the app.
When you open the winning notification, a payment screen will appear,
Please make your payment according to the instructions on the screen.
Also, each lottery product has a time limit for payment.
This time limit is displayed with a timer on the screen when you open the winning notification.
If you exceed the time limit, you will lose the right to purchase and it will be automatically cancelled, so please complete payment by then.
※No time extensions are possible for expired payment deadlines.
2) Waitlist
A waitlist notification is a waitlisted spot that becomes available when a re-lottery is conducted for remaining winning slots
due to automatic cancellations after the payment deadline for initial winners has passed.
If you are on the waitlist, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
※A waitlist notification is not an official winning notification.
※Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a win, and purchase is not guaranteed.
※A re-lottery will only be conducted among waitlisted individuals if cancellations occur in the initial lottery, and the winning/losing status will then be determined.
※The re-lottery will be conducted randomly on the release day, after the initial lottery has ended and depending on the cancellation status.
Therefore, due to system reasons, we cannot inform you of the exact time on the day when the promotion notification will be sent.
-If promoted to a winner after the re-lottery
An official winning push notification will be sent.
The payment time limit after winning will be the time limit originally set for that product.
Please note that if you exceed the time limit, you will lose the right to purchase and it will be automatically cancelled.
-If you lose after the re-lottery
For waitlisted individuals who did not receive a promotion notification after the re-lottery has ended, a losing push notification will be sent.
The timing of the losing notification is also dependent on the re-lottery status and system circumstances, so we cannot inform you of the exact time on the day when the notification will be sent.
3) Losing
If you lose, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
If you receive a losing notification, unfortunately, you will not be able to purchase the product.

Q1. I cannot register as a new member on the app.
A1. You cannot register as a new member with an email address that is already subscribed to the online site's newsletter.

Q3. The lottery entry button is not displayed.
A3. The entry button will appear if you set push notifications to "ON".
Q4. The app won't open, crashes immediately, or I can't proceed to lottery entry, etc.
A4. Please wait for a while and try restarting your device, uninstalling, and then reinstalling the app.
Alternatively, updating your device's version to the latest may resolve the issue.
Q5. The lottery entry button is not responding.
A5. If the iOS version of your device is old, an error may occur where the lottery application button does not respond.
To enter, you will need to update your iOS version to the latest. Therefore, please back up your data and update after checking the compatibility with other apps you are using.
