＜What is an alternate winner?＞
An alternate winner refers to a position created by a re-draw for remaining winning slots due to automatic cancellations when initial winners fail to pay within the deadline.

＜How to participate in WEB lottery＞
*An application period will be set for each WEB lottery.*

１）We will send a "Lottery Entry Guide" via push notification.
*Please ensure push notifications are set to "On". If they are off, you will not be able to proceed with the entry.
２）Follow the instructions in the push notification to go to the entry page.

６）When you receive a winning notification, please proceed with "Order Procedure".
*After winning, there is a time limit for purchase, so please complete payment within the allotted time. Please note that if you exceed the time limit, your order will be automatically canceled.
７）After entering payment information, tap "Confirm Order".
*Payment is only accepted by credit card.
*Cash on delivery can be selected at the time of purchase, but purchases made via cash on delivery will be automatically cancelled.
*After completing your entry, regardless of whether your order is confirmed, you cannot withdraw your application, cancel your order, or change your order information (address change, size change, etc.).

＜About Winning/Alternate Winning/Losing Notifications＞
Notifications will only be sent via app push notifications.
*Delivery times will be set for each lottery.
*Please make sure push notifications are set to "On".
The initial lottery results will include three types of notifications: "Winning", "Losing", and "Alternate Winning".
Please check below for details.
１）Winning
If you win the lottery, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
Notifications can be viewed in the app's notification tab.
When you open the winning notification, a payment screen will be displayed, so
please proceed with payment according to the instructions on the screen.
Additionally, each lottery product has a time limit for completing payment.
This time limit is displayed with a timer on the screen when you open the winning notification.
If you exceed the time limit, you will lose the right to purchase and your order will be automatically cancelled, so please complete payment by then.
*No extensions will be granted for expired payment times.
２）Alternate Winning
Alternate Winning refers to a position created by a re-draw for remaining winning slots due to automatic cancellations when initial winners fail to pay within the deadline.
If you become an alternate winner, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
*An alternate winning notification is not an official winning notification.
*Being an alternate winner does not guarantee a win, so purchase is not guaranteed.
*A re-draw will only be conducted among alternate winners if cancellations occur in the initial draw, and the winning/losing status will be determined then.
*The re-draw will be conducted randomly on the day of sale, after the initial draw has ended and depending on the cancellation status.
Therefore, we cannot determine at what time the notification of winning will be sent due to system reasons.
-If you are upgraded to a winner after the re-draw
You will receive an official winning push notification.
The payment time limit after winning will be the original time limit set for that product.
Please note that if you exceed the time limit, you will lose the right to purchase and your order will be automatically cancelled.
-If you are not selected after the re-draw
Alternate winners who do not receive an upgraded winning notification after the re-draw has ended will receive a losing push notification.
The timing of the losing notification also depends on the re-draw status and system reasons, so we cannot determine when the notification will be sent on that day.
３）Losing
You will receive a losing notification along with a push notification.
If you receive a losing notification, unfortunately, you will not be able to purchase the product.

＜Prohibited Actions＞
*Refunds, returns, or size exchanges after purchase are strictly not accepted.
*In the event of initial defects after delivery, all responses will be handled by refund.
*If we determine that actions such as applying for multiple sizes, multiple times, outside the application period, or with the intent of bulk purchase are fraudulent, we reserve the right to exclude you from future lotteries and invalidate your account without prior notice, regardless of the reason.

Q1. I cannot register as a new member on the app.
A1. You cannot register as a new member with an email address that is already registered for newsletter subscription on the online site.
Please register with a different email address.
If you wish to log in with an email address already subscribed to the newsletter, you need to complete the following full membership registration process on the online site.
-Steps-
１、Tap the menu button in the upper right corner.
２、Tap My account.
３、Tap Create account.
４、Fill in the required information on the new member registration screen → "Register".
*Enter the email address currently subscribed to the newsletter.
５、You will receive an email from our store at the registered address with the title "Activate your customer account".
６、Tap "Activate your account" to complete registration.
７、Return to the app and log in with the above information.
Q2. I cannot log in to the app.
A2-1. Please log in using the same email address as your online site full membership registration.
A2-2. Please try again after some time with the correct password.
Q3. The lottery entry button does not appear.
A3. The entry button will appear if you set push notifications to "On".
Q4. The app won't open, crashes immediately, or I can't proceed to lottery entry, etc.
A4. Please try restarting your device, uninstalling and reinstalling the app after some time.
Alternatively, updating your device's operating system to the latest version may resolve the issue.
Q5. The lottery entry button does not respond.
A5. If your device's iOS version is old, an error may occur where the lottery application button does not respond.
To enter, you will need to update your iOS version to the latest. Please back up your data and check the compatibility of other apps you are using before updating.
