■Re-lottery for Runner-ups / Notification of Second-chance Winner/Loser

*A re-lottery will be held among runner-ups and winners/losers will be decided only if cancellations occur in the initial lottery.
*The re-lottery will be conducted randomly on the day of sale after the initial lottery ends, depending on the cancellation status.
Therefore, please understand that due to system limitations, we cannot inform you of the exact time on the day when the second-chance winner notification will be sent.

＜What is a Runner-up?＞
This refers to a runner-up slot when a re-lottery is conducted for remaining winning slots due to automatic cancellations caused by initial winners exceeding their payment deadlines.
*Being a runner-up does not guarantee a win, so purchase cannot be guaranteed.

＜How to participate in the WEB lottery＞
*An application period will be set for each WEB lottery.*
*Membership registration is required to participate. Please log in.
1) We will send an "Entry Guide" via push notification.
*Please make sure push notifications are "ON". If they are off, you will not be able to proceed with entry, so please be careful.
2) Please follow the instructions in the push notification and go to the entry page.
*The "Enter" button will be displayed from the entry start time. (You cannot enter outside the entry period.)
3) Please log in as a member using your registered email address and password.
4) Select your "Desired Size" and tap "Enter".
*You cannot change the size after entry. Please be aware of this.
5) Please confirm the "Product Purchase Terms".
*Only those who agree can participate in the lottery.
This completes your entry.
6) Once you receive a winning notification, please "Proceed to Order".
*After winning, there is a time limit for purchase, so please complete payment within the time limit. If you exceed the time limit, your order will be automatically canceled, so please be careful.
7) After entering payment information, tap "Confirm Order".
*Only credit card payments are accepted.
*Cash on delivery can be selected at the time of purchase, but purchases made via cash on delivery will be automatically canceled, so please be careful.
*After completing your entry, regardless of whether your order is finalized, you cannot withdraw your application, cancel your order, or change your order information (address change, size change, etc.).

＜About Winner/Runner-up/Loser Notification＞
Notifications will only be sent via app push notifications.
*Delivery times will be set for each lottery.
*Please make sure push notifications are "ON".
The initial lottery results will include three types of notifications: "Winner," "Loser," and "Runner-up."
Please see below for details.
1) Winner
If you win the lottery, you will receive a notification via push notification.
You can check the notification in the app's notification tab.
When you open the winning notification, a payment screen will be displayed,
Please make your payment according to the instructions on the screen.
In addition, each lottery product has a time limit for making payment.
This time limit is displayed as a timer on the screen when you open the winning notification.
If you exceed the time limit, you will lose the right to purchase, and the order will be automatically canceled, so please make your payment before then.
*No time extensions will be granted for expired payment times.
2) Runner-up
A runner-up is a "runner-up slot when a re-lottery is conducted for remaining winning slots due to automatic cancellations caused by
initial winners exceeding their payment deadlines."
If you are a runner-up, you will receive a notification via push notification.
*Runner-up notifications are not official winning notifications.
*Being a runner-up does not guarantee a win, so purchase cannot be guaranteed.
*A re-lottery will be held among runner-ups and winners/losers will be decided only if cancellations occur in the initial lottery.
*The re-lottery will be conducted randomly on the day of sale after the initial lottery ends, depending on the cancellation status.

-If you win a second chance after the re-lottery
You will receive an official winning push notification.
The payment deadline after winning will be the original time limit set for that product.
Please note that if you exceed the time limit, you will lose the right to purchase and the order will be automatically canceled.
-If you lose after the re-lottery
At the end of the re-lottery, runner-ups who did not receive a second-chance winning notification will be sent a losing push notification.
Please note that due to the status of the re-lottery and system limitations, we cannot inform you of the exact time on the day when the losing notification will be sent.
3) Loser
Losing notifications will be sent via push notification.
If you receive a losing notification, unfortunately, you will not be able to purchase the product.

＜Prohibited Actions＞
*We cannot accept any refunds, returns, or size exchanges after purchase.
*For initial defects after delivery, all responses will be handled by refund.
*If we determine that an act is fraudulent, such as multiple sizes, multiple entries, entries outside the application acceptance period, or entries for the purpose of bulk purchase, we may exclude you from future lotteries and invalidate your account without prior notice, regardless of the reason.

Q1. Cannot register as a new member on the app
A1. You cannot register as a new member with an email address that is already registered for newsletter subscriptions on the online site.
Please register with a different email address.
If you wish to log in with an email address already registered for newsletter subscriptions, you will need to complete the following main membership registration process on the online site.
-Steps-
1. Tap the menu button in the top right
2. Tap My account
3. Tap Create account
4. Fill in the required information on the new member registration screen → "Register"
*Enter the email address subscribed to the newsletter
5. You will receive an email from our store at the registered address with the subject "Activate your customer account".
6. Tap "Activate account" to complete registration.
7. Return to the app and log in with the above information.
Q2. Cannot log in to the app
A2-1. Please log in with the same email address used for your online site main membership registration.
A2-2. Please try again later with the correct password.
Q3. The lottery entry button is not displayed
A3. The entry button will appear when push notifications are set to "ON".
Q4. The app won't open, crashes immediately, or cannot proceed to lottery entry, etc.
A4. Please try restarting your device, uninstalling and reinstalling the app after some time.
Alternatively, updating your device's operating system to the latest version may resolve the issue.
Q5. The lottery entry button is unresponsive
A5. If the iOS version of your device is old, an error may occur where the lottery application button is unresponsive.
To enter, you will need to update your iOS version to the latest. Please back up your data and check the compatibility of other apps you are using before updating.
