＜What is a Waitlist Winner?＞
A waitlist winner is someone who has been re-selected for a remaining winning slot due to an automatic cancellation caused by an initial winner's payment deadline expiring.
*Being a waitlist winner does not guarantee a win, so purchase cannot be guaranteed.
*A re-lottery will only be conducted among waitlist winners if a cancellation occurs in the initial lottery, and winners/losers will be decided at that time.
*The re-lottery will be conducted randomly on the release day, after the initial lottery has concluded and depending on the cancellation status.
Therefore, please understand that we cannot determine the exact time you will receive an advanced winner notification on the day due to system constraints.

・Entry applications do not guarantee purchase.
*Entry commencement and winner/loser notifications will only be sent via app push notifications, so please ensure push notifications are "on."
*If you win, there will be a time limit for purchase, so please complete payment within the allotted time.
Please note that exceeding the time limit will result in automatic cancellation.
・Payment is by credit card only. Cash on delivery payment can be selected at the time of purchase, but if you select it, your order will be automatically canceled.

＜How to Participate in Web Lottery＞
*An application period will be set for each web lottery.*
*Membership registration is required to participate. Please log in.
1) We will send "Entry Guidance" via push notification.
*Please make sure to turn "on" push notification settings. If it's off, you won't be able to proceed with the entry, so please be careful.
2) Follow the instructions in the push notification to navigate to the entry page.
*The "Enter" button will appear from the entry start time. (You cannot enter outside the entry period.)
3) Log in as a member using your registered email address and password.
4) Select your "Desired size" and tap "Enter."
*Size changes are not possible after entry. Please be aware of this in advance.
5) Please review the "Product Purchase Terms and Conditions."
*Only those who agree can participate in the lottery.
This completes your entry.
6) Once you receive a winning notification, please proceed to "Order Procedure."
*After winning, there is a time limit for purchase, so please ensure payment is completed within the allotted time. Please note that if the time limit is exceeded, the order will be automatically canceled.
7) After entering payment information, tap "Confirm Order."
*Payment is accepted by credit card only.
*Cash on delivery payment can be selected at the time of purchase, but please note that purchases made with cash on delivery will be automatically canceled.
*After entry completion, regardless of whether the order is confirmed or not, withdrawal of application, order cancellation, or change of order information (address change, size change, etc.)

＜Winner/Waitlist/Loser Notification＞
Notifications will only be sent via app push notifications.
*Delivery times will be set for each lottery.

The initial lottery results will have three types of notifications: "Winner," "Loser," and "Waitlist Winner."
Please see below for details.
1) Winner
If you win the lottery, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
You can check notifications from the app's notification tab.
When you open the winning notification, a screen for payment will appear,
Please follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment.
Additionally, each lottery product has a time limit for completing payment.
This time limit is displayed with a timer on the screen when you open the winning notification.
If the time limit is exceeded, you will lose your right to purchase and the order will be automatically canceled, so please complete payment before then.

2) Waitlist Winner
A waitlist winner is a "waitlist winner slot for a re-lottery conducted for remaining winning slots
due to automatic cancellation caused by the expiration of the initial winner's payment deadline."
If you are a waitlist winner, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
*A waitlist winner notification is not an official winning notification.
*Being a waitlist winner does not mean you have won, so purchase cannot be guaranteed.
*A re-lottery will only be conducted among waitlist winners if a cancellation occurs in the initial lottery, and winners/losers will be decided at that time.
*The re-lottery will be conducted randomly on the release day, after the initial lottery has concluded and depending on the cancellation status.
Therefore, we cannot determine the exact time you will receive an advanced winner notification on the day due to system constraints.
-If you win after the re-lottery (advanced winner)
You will receive an official winning push notification.
The payment time limit after winning will be the time limit originally set for that product.
Please note that if the time limit is exceeded, you will lose your right to purchase and the order will be automatically canceled.
-If you lose after the re-lottery
At the end of the re-lottery, waitlist winners who did not receive an advanced winner notification will be sent a losing push notification.
The time when losing notifications are sent on the day cannot be determined due to the re-lottery status and system constraints.
3) Loser
If you lose, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
If you receive a losing notification, unfortunately, you will not be able to purchase the product.

*No refunds, returns, or size exchanges will be accepted after purchase.
*Any initial defects upon delivery will be handled by refund only.
*If we determine that an action is fraudulent, such as applying for multiple sizes, multiple times, outside the application period, or for the purpose of bulk purchase, we reserve the right to exclude you from future lotteries and invalidate your account without prior notice, regardless of the reason.

Q1. I cannot register as a new member on the app.
A1. You cannot register as a new member using an email address that is already registered for newsletter subscriptions on the online site.
Please register with a different email address.
If you wish to log in with an email address already subscribed to the newsletter, you will need to complete the full membership registration process on the online site as follows:

1. Tap the menu button at the top right.
2. Tap "My account."
3. Tap "Create account."
4. Fill in the required information on the new member registration screen → "Register"
*Enter the email address subscribed to the newsletter.
5. You will receive an email from our store titled "Activate your customer account" at the registered address.
6. Tap "Activate account" to complete registration.
7. Return to the app and log in with the above information.
Q2. I cannot log in to the app.
A2-1. Please log in using the same email address as your online site full membership registration.
A2-2. Please try again later with the correct password.
Q3. The lottery entry button is not displayed.
A3. The entry button will be displayed if you set push notifications to "on."
Q4. The app won't open, crashes immediately, or I can't proceed to lottery entry, etc.
A4. Please try restarting your device, uninstalling and reinstalling the app after some time.
Alternatively, updating your device's version to the latest may resolve the issue.
Q5. The lottery entry button is unresponsive.
A5. If the iOS version of your device is old, an error may occur where the lottery application button is unresponsive.
To enter, you will need to update your iOS version to the latest, so please back up your data and
update after checking compatibility with other apps you are using.
