*Only if a cancellation occurs in the initial lottery, a re-lottery will be conducted among the alternate winners to determine winners/losers.
*The re-lottery will be conducted randomly on the day of sale, after the initial lottery ends and depending on the cancellation status.
Therefore, please understand that due to system limitations, we cannot inform you of the exact time on the day when the advance winner notification will be sent.
＜What is an Alternate Winner?＞
This refers to an alternate winning slot if a re-lottery is conducted for remaining winning slots due to automatic cancellations caused by initial winners failing to pay by the deadline.

＜How to participate in the WEB lottery＞
*An application period will be set for each WEB lottery.*
*Membership registration is required to participate. Please log in.
1) We will send "Entry Guidance" via push notification.
*Please make sure to set push notifications to "On". If they are off, you will not be able to proceed with entry, so please be careful.
2) Please follow the instructions in the push notification to navigate to the entry page.
*The "Enter" button will be displayed from the entry start time. (Entry is not possible outside the entry period)
3) Please log in as a member using your registered email address and password.
4) Select your "Desired Size" and tap "Enter".
*Please note that size changes cannot be made after entry.
5) Please confirm the "Product Purchase Terms and Conditions".
*Only those who agree can participate in the lottery.
This completes your entry.
6) Once you receive a winning notification, please proceed with "Order Procedure".
*After winning, there is a time limit for purchase, so please complete payment within the specified time. Please note that if you exceed the time limit, your order will be automatically canceled.
7) After entering your payment information, tap "Confirm Order".
*Payment is accepted by credit card only.
*Cash on delivery can be selected at the time of purchase, but purchases made via cash on delivery will be automatically canceled, so please be careful.
*After completing your entry, regardless of whether your order is confirmed, you cannot withdraw your application, cancel your order, or change your order information (address change, size change, etc.).

＜About Winner/Alternate Winner/Loser Notifications＞
Notifications will only be sent via app push notifications.
*Delivery times will be set for each lottery.
*Please make sure to set push notifications to "On".
The initial lottery results will be categorized into three types: "Winner", "Loser", and "Alternate Winner".
Please see below for details.
1) Winner
If you win the lottery, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
Notifications can be checked from the notification tab in the app.
When you open the winning notification, a payment screen will appear.
Please proceed with payment according to the instructions on the screen.
Also, each lottery product has a time limit set for completing payment.
This time limit is displayed with a timer on the screen when you open the winning notification.
If you exceed the time limit, you will lose the right to purchase and your order will be automatically canceled, so please make payment before then.
*No extensions will be granted for expired payment times.
2) Alternate Winner
An alternate winner refers to an "alternate winning slot if a re-lottery is conducted for remaining winning slots" due to "automatic cancellations caused by initial winners failing to pay by the deadline."
If you become an alternate winner, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
*The alternate winner notification is not a formal winning notification.
*Being an alternate winner does not guarantee a purchase, as it is not a confirmed winning status.
*Only if a cancellation occurs in the initial lottery, a re-lottery will be conducted among the alternate winners to determine winners/losers.
*The re-lottery will be conducted randomly on the day of sale, after the initial lottery ends and depending on the cancellation status.
Therefore, due to system limitations, we cannot inform you of the exact time on the day when the advance winner notification will be sent.
-If you become an advance winner after the re-lottery
You will receive a formal winning push notification.
The payment time limit after winning will be the time limit originally set for that product.
Please note that if you exceed the time limit, you will lose the right to purchase and your order will be automatically canceled.
-If you lose after the re-lottery
At the end of the re-lottery, alternate winners who did not receive an advance winning notification will be sent a losing push notification.
The timing of the losing notification also depends on the re-lottery status and system circumstances, so we cannot inform you of the exact time on the day when the notification will be sent.
3) Loser
If you lose, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
If you receive a losing notification, unfortunately, you will not be able to purchase the product.

*No refunds, returns, or size exchanges are accepted after purchase.
*Any initial defects upon delivery will be handled by refund only.
*If we determine that an action is fraudulent, such as applying for multiple sizes, multiple times, outside the application period, or with the intent to make a large volume purchase, we reserve the right to exclude you from future lotteries and invalidate your account without prior notice, regardless of the reason.

Q1. Cannot register as a new member on the app
A1. You cannot register as a new member with an email address that is already registered for our online site's newsletter.
Please register with a different email address.
If you wish to log in with an email address already subscribed to our newsletter, you will need to complete the following full member registration on the online site.
-Steps-
1. Tap the menu button in the top right.
2. Tap "My account".
3. Tap "Create account".
4. Fill in the required information on the new member registration screen → "Register"
*Enter the email address subscribed to the newsletter.
5. You will receive an email from our store at the registered address with the subject "Activate your customer account".
6. Tap "Activate account" to complete registration.
7. Return to the app and log in with the above information.
Q2. Cannot log in to the app
A2-1. Please try logging in with the same email address as your full member registration on the online site.
A2-2. Please wait some time and try again with the correct password.
Q3. The lottery entry button is not displayed
A3. The entry button will be displayed by setting push notifications to "On".
Q4. The app won't open, crashes immediately, or cannot proceed to lottery entry, etc.
A4. Please wait some time and try restarting your device, uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
Alternatively, updating your device to the latest version may resolve the issue.
Q5. The lottery entry button does not respond
A5. If your device's iOS version is old, an error may occur where the lottery application button does not respond.
