*An application period will be set for each web lottery.*
*Membership registration is required to participate. Please log in.
1) We will send an "Entry Guide" via push notification.
*Please make sure to set push notifications to "On". If they are off, you will not be able to proceed with entry, so please be careful.

2) Follow the instructions in the push notification to move to the entry page.
*The "Enter" button will be displayed from the entry start time. (You cannot enter outside the entry period.)

3) Log in as a member using your registered email address and password.

4) Select your "Desired Size" and tap "Enter".
*Please note that you cannot change your size after entry.

5) Please confirm the "Product Purchase Terms and Conditions".
*Only those who agree can participate in the lottery.

This completes your entry.

6) If you receive a winning notification, please "Proceed to Order".
*After winning, there will be a time limit for purchase, so please be sure to complete payment within the time limit. Please note that exceeding the time limit will result in automatic cancellation.

7) After entering your payment information, tap "Confirm Order".
*Payment is accepted by credit card only.
*While cash on delivery can be selected at the time of purchase, purchases made by cash on delivery will be automatically cancelled, so please be careful.
*After completing your entry, you cannot withdraw your application, cancel your order, or change your order information (address change, size change, etc.), regardless of whether your order is confirmed.
Please be very careful when entering your order information.



This will be done only via app push notifications.
*Delivery times will be set for each lottery.
*Please make sure push notifications are set to "On".

The initial lottery result notifications will be of three types: "Winning", "Losing", and "Waitlist Winning".
Please see below for details.

1) Winning
If you win the lottery, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
Notifications can be checked from the app's notification tab.
When you open the winning notification, a payment screen will be displayed, so
please proceed with payment according to the on-screen instructions.
In addition, each lottery product has a time limit set for completing payment.
This time limit is displayed with a timer on the screen when you open the winning notification.
If the time limit is exceeded, you will lose the right to purchase and the order will be automatically cancelled, so please make payment before then.
*No extension of time will be granted for expired payment deadlines.

2) Waitlist Winning
Waitlist winning refers to a "waitlist winning slot if a re-draw is conducted for remaining winning slots due to automatic cancellations when initial winners' payment deadlines expire."

If you are on the waitlist, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
*A waitlist notification is not an official winning notification.
*Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a win, so purchase is not guaranteed.

*A re-draw will only be conducted among waitlist winners to determine winning/losing if cancellations occur in the initial draw.
*The re-draw will be conducted randomly on the day of release, after the initial draw has ended and depending on the cancellation status.
Therefore, we cannot determine at what time on the day you will receive an upgraded winning notification due to system limitations.

-If you are upgraded to a winner after the re-draw
You will receive an official winning push notification.
The payment time limit after winning will be the time limit originally set for that product.
Please note that if the time limit is exceeded, you will lose the right to purchase and the order will be automatically cancelled.

-If you lose after the re-draw
Waitlist winners who did not receive an upgraded winning notification when the re-draw ends will be sent a losing push notification.
The time when the losing notification is sent on the day cannot be determined due to the re-draw status and system limitations.

3) Losing
If you lose, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
If you receive a losing notification, unfortunately, you will not be able to purchase the product.


・Please log in to the app using the same email address as your Forget-me-nots online store full member registration.
・Applying for entry does not guarantee purchase.
・Payment is by credit card only. While cash on delivery can be selected at the time of purchase, orders paid by cash on delivery will be automatically cancelled.
・After completing your entry, you cannot withdraw your application, cancel your order, or change your order information (address change, size change, etc.). Please be very careful when entering your order information.
・Access may be concentrated, making it temporarily difficult or impossible to connect. Please understand this.
・This is not a first-come, first-served system. The probability of winning does not change regardless of when you apply during the entry period.
・There will be no in-store lottery sales whatsoever. Please understand that we cannot answer inquiries at stores.



*No refunds, returns, or size exchanges will be accepted after purchase.
*For initial defects after delivery, all responses will be handled by refund.
*If we determine that an action is fraudulent, such as applying for multiple sizes, multiple times, outside the application acceptance period, or for the purpose of bulk purchase, we may exclude you from future lottery eligibility and invalidate your account without prior notice, regardless of the reason.



The personal information you register may be used to send you information about new products, sales, and other company updates in the future.



Q1. I cannot register as a new member on the app.
A1. You cannot register as a new member using an email address that is already subscribed to the online site's newsletter.
Please register with a different email address.
If you wish to log in with an email address subscribed to the newsletter, you need to complete the full membership registration process on the online site as described below.

-Steps-
1. Tap the menu button in the top right.
2. Tap My account.
3. Tap Create account.
4. Fill in the required information on the new member registration screen → "Register".
　　*Enter the email address subscribed to the newsletter.
5. You will receive an email from our store with the title "Activate your customer account" at the registered address.
6. Tap "Activate account" to complete registration.
7. Return to the app and log in with the information above.

Q2. I cannot log in to the app.
A2-1. Please log in using the same email address as your online site full membership registration.
A2-2. Please try again later with the correct password.

Q3. The lottery entry button is not displayed.
A3. The entry button will be displayed by setting push notifications to "On".

Q4. The app won't open, crashes immediately, or I can't proceed to lottery entry, etc.
A4. Please try again later, restart your device, uninstall and reinstall the app.
Alternatively, updating your device's operating system to the latest version may resolve the issue.

Q5. The lottery entry button is not responding.
A5. If your device's iOS version is old, an error may occur where the lottery application button does not respond.
To enter, you need to update your iOS version to the latest. Therefore, please back up your data and update after checking the compatibility of other apps you are using.
