■Re-lottery for Waitlist Winners (Elevated Winners/Non-Winners Notification)

*Only if cancellations occur in the initial lottery will a re-lottery be conducted among waitlist winners to determine winners/non-winners.
*The re-lottery will be conducted randomly on the release day, after the initial lottery ends, depending on the cancellation status.
Therefore, please note that due to system limitations, we cannot confirm the exact time on the day when the elevated winner notification will be sent.
＜What is a Waitlist Winner?＞
A waitlist winner refers to a position on the waitlist for a re-lottery conducted for remaining winning slots due to automatic cancellations from initial winners whose payment deadlines have expired.
*Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a win, so purchase is not guaranteed.

＜How to Participate in the WEB Lottery＞
*An application period will be set for each WEB lottery.*
*Membership registration is required to participate. Please log in.
1) We will send "Entry Guidance" via push notification.
*Please ensure push notifications are set to "On". If they are off, you will not be able to proceed with your entry.
2) Follow the instructions in the push notification to navigate to the entry page.
*The "Enter" button will appear at the entry start time. (You cannot enter outside the entry period.)
3) Log in as a member using your registered email address and password.
4) Select your "Desired Size" and tap "Enter".
*Size changes cannot be made after entry. Please be aware of this in advance.
5) Please confirm the "Product Purchase Terms and Conditions".
*Only those who agree can participate in the lottery.
This completes your entry.
6) Once you receive a winning notification, proceed with "Order Procedure".
*After winning, there is a time limit for purchase, so please complete payment within the allotted time. Please note that exceeding the time limit will result in automatic cancellation.
7) After entering your payment information, tap "Confirm Order".
*Only credit card payments are accepted.
*While cash on delivery can be selected at the time of purchase, cash on delivery purchases will be automatically cancelled.
*After completing your entry, regardless of whether your order is confirmed, you cannot withdraw your application, cancel your order, or change your order information (address change, size change, etc.).

＜About Winner/Waitlist Winner/Non-Winner Notifications＞
Notifications will only be sent via app push notifications.
*Delivery times will be set for each lottery.
*Please ensure push notifications are set to "On".
The initial lottery result notifications will be one of three types: "Winner", "Non-Winner", and "Waitlist Winner".
Please refer to the details below:
1) Winner
If you win the lottery, you will receive a notification via push notification.
Notifications can be checked from the notification tab in the app.
When you open the winning notification, a payment screen will be displayed, so please proceed with payment according to the on-screen instructions.
Additionally, each lottery product has a time limit for payment.
This time limit is displayed with a timer on the screen when you open the winning notification.
If you exceed the time limit, you will lose the right to purchase, and the order will be automatically cancelled, so please complete payment before then.
*No extensions will be granted for expired payment times.
2) Waitlist Winner
A waitlist winner refers to a "waitlist position for a re-lottery conducted for remaining winning slots due to automatic cancellations from initial winners whose payment deadlines have expired".
If you are a waitlist winner, you will receive a notification via push notification.
*Waitlist winner notifications are not official winning notifications.
*Being a waitlist winner does not guarantee a win, so purchase is not guaranteed.
*Only if cancellations occur in the initial lottery will a re-lottery be conducted among waitlist winners to determine winners/non-winners.
*The re-lottery will be conducted randomly on the release day, after the initial lottery ends, depending on the cancellation status.
Therefore, due to system limitations, we cannot confirm the exact time on the day when the elevated winner notification will be sent.
-If you are an elevated winner after the re-lottery
You will receive an official winning push notification.
The payment deadline after winning will be the time limit originally set for that product.
Please note that if you exceed the time limit, you will lose the right to purchase and the order will be automatically cancelled.
-If you are a non-winner after the re-lottery
Waitlist winners who do not receive an elevated winner notification after the re-lottery ends will be sent a non-winner push notification.
We also cannot confirm the exact time on the day when non-winner notifications will be sent, due to the re-lottery status and system limitations.
3) Non-Winner
Non-winners will receive a notification via push notification.
If you receive a non-winner notification, unfortunately, you will not be able to purchase the target product.

＜Prohibited Acts＞
*No refunds, returns, or size exchanges will be accepted after purchase.
*For initial defects after delivery, all responses will be handled by refund.
*If we determine that there has been fraudulent activity, such as multiple sizes, multiple entries, entries outside the application period, or entries for the purpose of bulk purchase, we may exclude you from future lotteries and invalidate your account without prior notice, regardless of the reason.

Q1. Cannot register as a new member on the app.
A1. You cannot register as a new member with an email address that is already registered for our online site newsletter. Please use a different email address to register. If you wish to log in with an email address already registered for the newsletter, you will need to complete the following full member registration process on the online site.
-Steps-
1. Tap the menu button in the top right corner.
2. Tap "My account."
3. Tap "Create account."
4. Fill in the required information on the new member registration screen → "Register."
*Enter the email address subscribed to the newsletter.
5. You will receive an email from our store at the registered address with the subject "Activate your customer account."
6. Tap "Activate account" to complete registration.
7. Return to the app and log in with the above information.
Q2. Cannot log in to the app.
A2-1. Please log in with the same email address used for your online site full member registration.
A2-2. Please try again after some time with the correct password.
Q3. The lottery entry button is not displayed.
A3. The entry button will appear when push notifications are set to "On."
Q4. The app won't open, crashes immediately, or I can't proceed to the lottery entry, etc.
A4. Please try restarting your device, uninstalling, and reinstalling the app after some time. Alternatively, updating your device's operating system to the latest version may resolve the issue.
Q5. The lottery entry button is not responding.
A5. If your device's iOS version is old, an error may occur where the lottery application button does not respond. To enter, you will need to update your iOS version to the latest. Please back up your data and check the compatibility with other apps you are using before updating.
