＜What is a Waitlist Winner?＞
A waitlist winner refers to a position on the waitlist for a re-drawing that occurs for remaining winning slots due to automatic cancellations from initial winners who missed their payment deadline. Please note that being on the waitlist does not guarantee a win, so purchase is not guaranteed.

＜How to participate in the WEB lottery＞
※An application period will be set for each WEB lottery.※
※Membership registration is required to participate. Please log in.
1) We will send an "Entry Guide" via push notification.
※Please make sure to set push notifications to "On". Please note that you cannot proceed to entry if they are off.
2) Follow the instructions in the push notification to navigate to the entry page.
※The "Enter" button will be displayed from the entry start time. (You cannot enter outside the entry period.)
3) Log in as a member using your registered email address and password.
4) Select your "Desired Size" and tap "Enter".
※Size changes cannot be made after entry. Please understand this in advance.
5) Please confirm the "Product Purchase Terms".
※Only those who agree can participate in the lottery.
This completes your entry.
6) Once you receive a winning notification, proceed to "Order Procedure".
※After winning, there is a time limit for purchase, so please make sure to complete payment within the allotted time. Please note that exceeding the time limit will result in automatic cancellation.
7) After entering your payment information, tap "Confirm Order".
※Only credit card payment is accepted.
※While cash on delivery may be selectable at the time of purchase, purchases made via cash on delivery will be automatically canceled, so please be careful.
※After completing your entry, regardless of whether your order is finalized, you cannot withdraw your application, cancel your order, or change your order information (e.g., address, size). Please be very careful when entering your order information.
＜About Winner/Waitlist/Loss Notifications＞
Notifications will only be sent via app push notifications.
※Delivery times will be set for each lottery.
※Please make sure push notifications are set to "On".
There will be three types of initial lottery result notifications: "Winner," "Loss," and "Waitlist Winner."
Please see below for details.
1) Winner
If you win the lottery, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
You can check notifications in the app's notification tab.
When you open the winner notification, a payment screen will appear, so please make payment according to the on-screen instructions.
In addition, each lottery product has a time limit set for completing payment.
This time limit is displayed with a timer on the screen when you open the winner notification.
If you exceed the time limit, you will lose your right to purchase, and your order will be automatically canceled, so please complete payment by then.
※No extensions will be granted for expired payment deadlines.
2) Waitlist Winner
A waitlist winner refers to a position on the waitlist for a re-drawing that occurs for remaining winning slots due to automatic cancellations from initial winners who missed their payment deadline.
If you become a waitlist winner, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
※A waitlist winner notification is not a formal winning notification.
※Being a waitlist winner does not guarantee a win, so purchase is not guaranteed.
※Re-drawing for waitlist winners will only occur if cancellations happen during the initial lottery, and winners/losers will be determined from those on the waitlist.
※The re-drawing will be conducted randomly on the release day, after the initial lottery ends and depending on the cancellation status.
Therefore, we cannot specify the exact time on the day when the elevated winner notification will be sent due to system constraints.
-If you are selected as an elevated winner after re-drawing
You will receive a formal winning push notification.
The payment time limit after winning will be the time limit originally set for that product.
Please note that if you exceed the time limit, you will lose your right to purchase, and your order will be automatically canceled.
-If you lose after re-drawing
Waitlist winners who do not receive an elevated winner notification after the re-drawing ends will receive a loss push notification.
The timing of the loss notification is also dependent on the re-drawing status and system constraints, so we cannot specify when it will be sent on the day.
3) Loss
A loss will be notified via push notification.
Unfortunately, if you receive a loss notification, you will not be able to purchase the product.

＜Prohibited Actions＞
※Refunds, returns, and size exchanges after purchase are strictly not accepted.
※For initial defects after delivery, all issues will be handled by refund.
※If we determine that there has been fraudulent activity, such as applying for multiple sizes, multiple times, outside the application period, or with the intent of bulk purchase, we reserve the right to exclude you from future lotteries and invalidate your account without prior notice, regardless of the reason.

＜Q&A＞
Q1. I cannot register as a new member on the app.
A1. You cannot register as a new member using an email address that is already subscribed to the online site's newsletter.
Please register with a different email address.
If you wish to log in with an email address already subscribed to the newsletter, you need to complete the following full member registration process on the online site.
-Procedure-
1. Tap the menu button on the top right.
2. Tap My account.
3. Tap Create account.
4. Fill in the required fields on the new member registration screen → "Register"
※Enter the email address subscribed to the newsletter.
5. You will receive an email from our store at your registered address with the title "Activate your customer account."
6. Tap "Activate account" to complete registration.
7. Return to the app and log in with the above information.
Q2. I cannot log in to the app.
A2-1. Please log in using the same email address as your online site full member registration.
A2-2. Please try again later with the correct password.
Q3. The lottery entry button is not displayed.
A3. The entry button will be displayed by setting push notifications to "On".
Q4. The app won't open, crashes immediately, or I can't proceed to lottery entry, etc.
A4. Please try restarting your device, uninstalling and reinstalling the app after some time.
Alternatively, updating your device's operating system to the latest version may resolve the issue.
Q5. The lottery entry button is unresponsive.
A5. If the iOS version of your device is old, an error may occur where the lottery application button is unresponsive.
To enter, you will need to update your iOS version to the latest. Please back up your data and check the compatibility with other apps you are using before updating.
