＜About winning/waitlist/losing notifications＞
Only via app push notifications.
※Delivery times will be set for each lottery.

There are three types of initial lottery result notifications: "Winner," "Loser," and "Waitlist Winner."
Please see below for details.
1) Winner
If you win the lottery, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
You can check notifications from the app's notification tab.
When you open the winning notification, a payment screen will appear, so please make your payment according to the on-screen instructions.
In addition, each lottery product has a time limit for payment.
This time limit is displayed with a timer on the screen where the winning notification is opened.
If you exceed the time limit, you will lose the right to purchase and your order will be automatically canceled, so please make your payment by then.
※No time extensions will be granted due to payment expiration.
2) Waitlist Winner
A waitlist winner is a "waitlist position for remaining winning slots that become available when initial winners are automatically canceled due to payment expiration, and a re-lottery is conducted."
If you become a waitlist winner, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
※A waitlist notification is not an official winning notification.
※Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a win, so purchase is not guaranteed.
※Only if a cancellation occurs in the initial lottery, a re-lottery will be conducted among waitlist participants to determine winners/losers.
※The re-lottery will be conducted randomly on the day of sale, after the initial lottery has concluded and depending on the cancellation status.

- If you are upgraded to a winner after the re-lottery
You will receive an official winning push notification.
The payment time limit after winning will be the time limit originally set for that product.
Please note that if you exceed the time limit, you will lose the right to purchase and your order will be automatically canceled.
- If you lose after the re-lottery
After the re-lottery is completed, waitlist winners who did not receive an upgrade to winner notification will receive a losing push notification.
We cannot determine the exact time on the day when the losing notification will be sent due to the re-lottery status and system constraints.
3) Loser
You will receive a notification along with a push notification if you lose.
If you receive a losing notification, unfortunately, you will not be able to purchase the product.

Q1. I cannot register as a new member on the app.
A1. New member registration is not possible with an email address that has already subscribed to the online site's newsletter.

Q3. The lottery entry button is not displayed.
A3. The entry button will appear when you set push notifications to "on".
Q4. The app won't open, crashes immediately, or I can't proceed to lottery entry, etc.
A4. Please wait a moment and try restarting your device, uninstalling, and reinstalling the app.
