■Re-lottery for waitlist winners: Notification of promotion to winner/losing

*A re-lottery will be conducted among waitlist winners to determine winners/losers only if cancellations occur in the initial lottery.
*The re-lottery will be conducted randomly on the day of sale, after the initial lottery ends and depending on the cancellation status.
Therefore, please understand that we cannot inform you of the exact time on the day when a promotion notification might arrive due to system reasons.
＜What is a waitlist winner?＞
This refers to a waitlist spot that becomes available if a re-lottery is conducted for remaining winning slots due to automatic cancellations from initial winners whose payment deadlines have expired.
*Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a win, so purchase is not guaranteed at this stage.

＜How to participate in the WEB lottery＞
*An application period will be set for each WEB lottery.
*Membership registration is required to participate. Please log in.
1) We will send "Entry Guidance" via push notification.
*Please be sure to set push notifications to "on." If they are off, you will not be able to proceed with entry.
2) Follow the instructions in the push notification to go to the entry page.
*The "Enter" button will be displayed from the entry start time. (You cannot enter outside the entry period.)
3) Log in as a member using your registered email address and password.
4) Select your "Desired Size" and tap "Enter."
*Size changes are not possible after entry. Please be aware of this in advance.

This completes your entry.
6) Once you receive a winning notification, proceed with "Order Procedure."
*After winning, there is a time limit for purchase, so please be sure to complete payment within that time. Please note that your order will be automatically canceled if the time limit is exceeded.
7) After entering your payment information, tap "Confirm Order."
*Only credit card payments are accepted.

＜About winning/waitlist/losing notifications＞
Notifications will only be sent via app push notifications.
*Delivery times will be set for each lottery.

The initial lottery results will include three types of notifications: "Winner," "Loser," and "Waitlist Winner."

1) Winner
If you win the lottery, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
You can check the notification from the app's notification tab.
When you open the winning notification, a payment screen will appear, so please make payment according to the instructions on the screen.
In addition, a time limit for payment is set for each lottery product.
This time limit is displayed with a timer on the screen when you open the winning notification.
If the time limit is exceeded, you will lose your right to purchase and your order will be automatically canceled, so please make payment before then.

2) Waitlist Winner
A waitlist winner refers to a "waitlist spot that becomes available if a re-lottery is conducted for remaining winning slots
due to automatic cancellations from initial winners whose payment deadlines have expired."
If you are a waitlist winner, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
*A waitlist notification is not an official winning notification.
*Being a waitlist winner does not guarantee a win, so purchase is not guaranteed.
*A re-lottery will be conducted among waitlist winners to determine winners/losers only if cancellations occur in the initial lottery.
*The re-lottery will be conducted randomly on the day of sale, after the initial lottery ends and depending on the cancellation status.

- If promoted to winner after re-lottery
You will receive an official winning push notification.
The payment time limit after winning will be the original time limit set for that product.
Please note that if the time limit is exceeded, you will lose your right to purchase and your order will be automatically canceled.
- If you lose after re-lottery
Waitlist winners who do not receive a promotion notification after the re-lottery ends will receive a losing push notification.
As with the promotion notification, we cannot inform you of the exact time on the day when the losing notification will be sent due to the re-lottery status and system reasons.
3) Loser
You will receive a losing notification along with a push notification.
If you receive a losing notification, unfortunately, you will not be able to purchase the product.

Q1. Cannot register as a new member on the app.
A1. You cannot register as a new member with an email address already subscribed to the online site's newsletter.

2. Tap My account.
3. Tap Create account.

Q3. The lottery entry button does not appear.
