* The payment time limit is within 3 hours of receiving the notification. Please note that if the time limit is exceeded, the order will be automatically canceled.
* It is not possible to extend the payment deadline if the payment time expires.
An alternate winning slot is a slot that becomes available through a re-drawing if the initial winner's payment deadline expires and their order is automatically canceled,making the remaining winning slots available.
* Winning is not confirmed at the time of being an alternate winner, so purchase is not guaranteed.
* A re-drawing will be conducted among alternate winners, and winning/losing will be decided, only if cancellations occur in the initial drawing.
* The re-drawing will be conducted randomly on the day of release, after the initial drawing has ended and depending on the cancellation status.

1) We will send a "Lottery Entry Guide" via push notification.

2) Follow the instructions in the push notification to navigate to the entry page.
* The "Enter" button will be displayed from the entry start time. (You cannot enter outside the entry period)
3) Log in as a member using your registered email address and password.
4) Select your "desired size" and tap "Enter".
* Please note that you cannot change the size after entry.
5) Please confirm the "Product Purchase Terms and Conditions".
* Only those who agree can participate in the lottery.
This completes your entry.
6) If you receive a winning notification, please proceed with "Order Procedure".
* After winning, there is a time limit for purchase, so please be sure to complete payment within the time limit. Please note that if the time limit is exceeded, it will be automatically canceled.
7) After entering your payment information, tap "Confirm Order".
* Payment methods are limited to credit card only.
* Please note that purchases made via cash on delivery will be automatically canceled.
* After completing the entry, regardless of whether the order is confirmed or not, withdrawal of application, order cancellation, or changes to order information (address change, size change, etc.)

* If we determine that an act is fraudulent, such as applying for multiple sizes, multiple times, outside the application period, or for the purpose of bulk purchase, we reserve the right to exclude the applicant from future lotteries and invalidate the account without prior notice, regardless of the reason.

Q1. Cannot register as a new member on the app
A1. You cannot register as a new member with an email address already subscribed to the online site's newsletter.
Please register with a different email address.
If you wish to log in with an email address that is already subscribed to the newsletter, you need to complete the following main member registration process on the online site.
-Steps-
1. Tap the menu button in the upper right corner
2. Tap My account
3. Tap Create account
4. Fill in the required information on the new member registration screen. → "Register"
* Enter the email address subscribed to the newsletter
5. You will receive an email from our store at the registered address with the subject
"Activate Your Customer Account".
6. Tap "Activate Account" to complete registration.
7. Return to the app and log in with the above information.
Q2. Cannot log in to the app
A2-1. Please log in with the same email address used for your main member registration on the online site.
A2-2. Please try again after some time with the correct password.
Q3. The lottery entry button is not displayed
A3. The entry button will be displayed by setting push notifications to "ON".
Q4. The app won't open, crashes immediately, or I can't proceed to lottery entry, etc.
A4. Please wait a while and try restarting your device, or uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
Alternatively, updating your device to the latest version may resolve the issue.
Q5. The lottery entry button does not respond.
A5. If your device's iOS version is old, an error may occur where the lottery application button does not respond.
To enter, you will need to update your iOS version to the latest. Please perform a backup and check the compatibility of other apps you are using before updating.
