＜How to participate in the WEB lottery＞
*An application period will be set for each WEB lottery.*

1) We will send an "Entry Guide" via push notification.

2) Follow the instructions in the push notification to go to the entry page.
*The "Enter" button will appear from the entry start time. (Entry is not possible outside the entry period.)

3) Log in as a member using your registered email address and password.

4) Select your "Desired size" and tap "Enter".
*Please note that size changes cannot be made after entry.

5) Please confirm the "Product Purchase Terms".
*Only those who agree can participate in the lottery.

This completes your entry.

6) If you receive a successful entry notification, please proceed with "Order processing".
*After a successful entry, there is a time limit for purchase, so please be sure to complete payment within the time limit. Please note that if you exceed the time limit, your order will be automatically canceled.

7) After entering your payment information, tap "Confirm order".
*Only credit card payments are accepted.
*Cash on delivery can be selected at the time of purchase, but please note that purchases made via cash on delivery will be automatically canceled.
*After completing your entry, regardless of whether your order is confirmed, you cannot withdraw your application, cancel your order, or change your order information (address change, size change, etc.).
Please be very careful when entering your order information.



Notifications will only be sent via app push notifications.
*Delivery times will be set for each lottery.

The types of results for the initial draw are "Successful", "Unsuccessful", and "Alternate Successful".
Please check below for details.

1) Successful entry
If you win the lottery, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
Notifications can be checked in the app's notification tab.
Opening the successful entry notification will display a payment screen,
Please make your payment according to the instructions on the screen.
In addition, each lottery product has a time limit set for payment.
This time limit is displayed with a timer on the screen when you open the successful entry notification.
If you exceed the time limit, you will lose your right to purchase and your order will be automatically canceled, so please make your payment by then.
*No extensions will be granted for expired payment times.

2) Alternate successful entry
An alternate successful entry is a position that becomes available when a re-draw is conducted for remaining slots due to automatic cancellations caused by initial successful entrants missing their payment deadline.

If you are an alternate successful entrant, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
*An alternate successful entry notification is not a formal successful entry notification.
*An alternate successful entry does not guarantee a purchase, as it is not a confirmed successful entry at that point.

*A re-draw will only be conducted among alternate successful entrants if cancellations occur in the initial draw, and successful/unsuccessful entries will be determined at that time.
*The re-draw will be conducted randomly on the release day, after the initial draw has ended, depending on the cancellation status.
Therefore, due to the re-draw situation and system limitations, we cannot inform you of the exact time on the day when you might receive a notification of a successful alternate entry.

-If you are an alternate successful entrant after the re-draw
You will receive a formal successful entry push notification.
The payment time limit after a successful entry will be the time limit originally set for that product.
Please note that if you exceed the time limit, you will lose your right to purchase and your order will be automatically canceled.

-If you are unsuccessful after the re-draw
At the end of the re-draw, alternate successful entrants who did not receive a successful alternate entry notification will receive an unsuccessful entry push notification.
The time on the day when unsuccessful entry notifications are sent cannot be determined due to the re-draw situation and system limitations.

3) Unsuccessful entry
Unsuccessful entry notifications will be sent along with a push notification.
If you receive an unsuccessful entry notification, unfortunately, you will not be able to purchase the product.


・Please log in to the app using the same email address as your Forget-me-nots online store full membership registration.
・Entry does not guarantee purchase.
・Payment is by credit card only. Cash on delivery can be selected at the time of purchase, but if you select it, your order will be automatically canceled.
・After completing your entry, you cannot withdraw your application, cancel your order, or change your order information (address change, size change, etc.). Please be very careful when entering your order information.
・Access may be concentrated, making it temporarily difficult to connect. Please understand this.
・This is not a first-come, first-served reception. Your chances of winning will not change regardless of when you apply during the entry period.
・There will be no lottery sales at stores. Please understand that we cannot answer inquiries at stores.



*No refunds, returns, or size exchanges will be accepted after purchase.
*For initial defects after delivery, all will be handled by refund.
*If we determine that an act is fraudulent, such as multiple sizes, multiple entries, entries outside the application period, or entries for the purpose of bulk purchase, we may exclude you from future lotteries and invalidate your account without prior notice, regardless of the reason.

Q1. Cannot register as a new member on the app
A1. You cannot register as a new member with an email address already registered for the online site's newsletter. Please register with a different email address. If you wish to log in with an email address already registered for the newsletter, you need to complete the full membership registration on the online site as described below.

-Steps-
1. Tap the menu button in the upper right corner.
2. Tap "My account".
3. Tap "Create account".
4. Fill in the required fields on the new member registration screen → "Register".

5. You will receive an email from our store at the registered address with the subject "Activate your customer account".
6. Tap "Activate account" to complete registration.
7. Return to the app and log in with the above information.

Q2. Cannot log in to the app

A2-2. Please wait for a while and try again with the correct password.

Q3. The lottery entry button is not displayed
A3. The entry button will be displayed by setting push notifications to "ON".

Q4. The app won't open, crashes immediately/cannot proceed to lottery entry, etc.
A4. Please wait for a while and try restarting your device, uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
Alternatively, updating your device's version to the latest may improve the situation.

Q5. The lottery entry button does not respond
A5. If the iOS version of your device is old, an error may occur where the lottery application button does not respond.
To enter, you need to update your iOS version to the latest, so please back up your data and check the compatibility with other apps you are using before updating.
