■ Re-lottery for Runner-up Candidates / Winner/Loser Notification

*A re-lottery will only be conducted among runner-up candidates to determine winners/losers if cancellations occur in the initial lottery.
*The re-lottery will be conducted randomly on the day of sale, after the initial lottery has concluded and depending on the cancellation status.
Therefore, please understand that we cannot determine when the advance winner notification will arrive due to system constraints.
＜What is a Runner-up Candidate?＞
This refers to a runner-up slot that becomes available if a re-lottery is conducted for remaining winning slots due to automatic cancellations from initial winners failing to meet the payment deadline.
*Being a runner-up candidate does not guarantee a win, so purchase is not guaranteed at this stage.

*The web lottery method has changed. Entry, winner/loser notifications, and post-win purchases will all be conducted exclusively within the original app.

・Please log in to the app with the same email address as your Forget-me-nots online store full membership registration.
・Entry does not guarantee purchase.
*Entry commencement and winner/loser notifications will only be sent via app push notifications, so please make sure push notifications are set to "On".
*If you win, there will be a time limit for purchase, so please complete payment within the allotted time.
Please note that your order will be automatically cancelled if you exceed the time limit.
・Payment is by credit card only. While cash on delivery may be selectable at the time of purchase, orders made with cash on delivery will be automatically cancelled.
・After completing your entry, you cannot withdraw your application, cancel your order, or change your order information (e.g., address, size). Please be very careful when entering your order information.
・There will be no in-store lottery sales whatsoever. Please understand that we cannot answer inquiries at our stores.
・Scheduled product release dates and announcement times are subject to change.
・We cannot accept specific delivery dates or gift wrapping.

＜How to participate in the web lottery＞
*An application period will be set for each web lottery.*
*Membership registration is required to participate. Please log in.
1) We will send "Entry Guidance" via push notification.
*Please make sure push notifications are set to "On". If they are off, you will not be able to proceed with entry.
2) Please follow the instructions in the push notification to go to the entry page.
*The "Enter" button will appear from the entry start time. (You cannot enter outside the entry period.)
3) Please log in as a member using your registered email address and password.
4) Select your "Desired Size" and tap "Enter".
*Please note that size changes cannot be made after entry.
5) Please confirm the "Product Purchase Terms and Conditions".
*Only those who agree can participate in the lottery.
This completes your entry.
6) If you receive a winner notification, please proceed with "Order Procedure".
*After winning, there will be a time limit for purchase, so please complete payment within the allotted time. Your order will be automatically cancelled if you exceed the time limit.
7) After entering your payment information, tap "Confirm Order".
*Only credit card payment is accepted.
*While cash on delivery may be selectable at the time of purchase, cash on delivery purchases will be automatically cancelled, so please be careful.
*After completing your entry, regardless of whether you confirm your order or not, you cannot withdraw your application, cancel your order, or change your order information (e.g., address, size).
Please be very careful when entering your order information.
＜Winner/Runner-up/Loser Notifications＞
Notifications will only be sent via app push notifications.
*Delivery times will be set for each lottery.
*Please make sure push notifications are set to "On".
The initial lottery results will include three types of notifications: "Winner," "Loser," and "Runner-up Candidate."
Please see below for details.
1) Winner
If you win the lottery, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
You can check notifications from the app's notification tab.
When you open the winner notification, a payment screen will be displayed, so please proceed with payment according to the on-screen instructions.
Each lottery product also has a time limit set for payment.
This time limit is displayed with a timer on the screen when you open the winner notification.
If you exceed the time limit, you will lose the right to purchase and your order will be automatically cancelled, so please complete payment before then.
*No time extensions will be granted for expired payments.
2) Runner-up Candidate
A runner-up candidate refers to a "runner-up slot that becomes available if a re-lottery is conducted for remaining winning slots due to automatic cancellations from initial winners failing to meet the payment deadline."
If you become a runner-up candidate, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
*The runner-up candidate notification is not a formal winner notification.
*Being a runner-up candidate does not guarantee a win, so purchase is not guaranteed.
*A re-lottery will only be conducted among runner-up candidates to determine winners/losers if cancellations occur in the initial lottery.
*The re-lottery will be conducted randomly on the day of sale, after the initial lottery has concluded and depending on the cancellation status.
Therefore, we cannot determine when the advance winner notification will arrive due to system constraints.
-If you are advanced to a winner after the re-lottery
You will receive a formal winner push notification.
The payment time limit after winning will be the time limit originally set for that product.
Please note that if you exceed the time limit, you will lose the right to purchase and your order will be automatically cancelled.
-If you are a loser after the re-lottery
Runner-up candidates who did not receive an advance winner notification after the re-lottery will be sent a loser push notification when the re-lottery is concluded.
Due to the re-lottery status and system constraints, we cannot determine when the loser notification will be sent on the day.
3) Loser
A loser notification will be sent along with a push notification.
If you receive a loser notification, unfortunately, you will not be able to purchase the product.

・Payment is by credit card only. While cash on delivery may be selectable at the time of purchase, orders made with cash on delivery will be automatically cancelled.

・Access may be temporarily unavailable or difficult due to high traffic. Please understand this.
・This is not a first-come, first-served reception. Your chances of winning are the same regardless of when you apply during the entry period.

＜Prohibited Actions＞
*We do not accept refunds, returns, or size exchanges after purchase.
*All initial defects after delivery will be handled with a refund.
*If we determine that an act is fraudulent, such as multiple sizes, multiple entries, entries outside the application period, or entries for the purpose of bulk purchase, we may exclude you from future lotteries and invalidate your account without prior notice, regardless of the reason.

The personal information you register may be used to send you information about new products, sales, and other company news in the future.
＜Q&A＞
Q1. I cannot register as a new member on the app.
A1. You cannot register as a new member using an email address that is already registered for newsletter subscriptions on the online site.
Please register with a different email address.
If you wish to log in with an email address already subscribed to the newsletter, you will need to perform the following main member registration on the online site:
-Steps-
1. Tap the menu button at the top right.
2. Tap My account.
3. Tap Create account.
4. Fill in the required information on the new member registration screen → "Register"
*Enter the email address subscribed to the newsletter.
5. You will receive an email from our store at the registered address with the title "Activate Your Customer Account".
6. Tap "Activate account" to complete registration.
7. Return to the app and log in with the information above.
Q2. I cannot log in to the app.
A2-1. Please log in with the same email address as your online site main membership registration.
A2-2. Please wait some time and try again with the correct password.
Q3. The lottery entry button is not displayed.
A3. The entry button will appear when push notifications are set to "On".
Q4. The app won't open, crashes immediately, or I can't proceed to lottery entry, etc.
A4. Please wait some time and try restarting your device, uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
Alternatively, updating your device to the latest version may resolve the issue.
Q5. The lottery entry button does not respond.
A5. If the iOS version of your device is old, an error may occur where the lottery application button does not respond.
To enter, you will need to update your iOS version to the latest. Please back up your data and check the compatibility of other apps you are using before updating.
