■Re-lottery for Waitlist Candidates (Waitlist Winner/Loser Notifications)
From 1:00 PM on November 12, 2021 (Fri) onwards
*A re-lottery will only be conducted among waitlist candidates and winners/losers will be decided if cancellations occur during the initial lottery.
*The re-lottery will be conducted randomly on the day of release, after the initial lottery ends and depending on the cancellation status.
Therefore, please understand that we cannot determine when the waitlist winner notification will be sent on that day due to system constraints.
＜What is a Waitlist Winner?＞
This refers to a waitlist spot that becomes available if a re-lottery is conducted for remaining winning slots due to automatic cancellations from initial winners' expired payment deadlines.
*Being a waitlist winner does not guarantee a purchase.

＜Notes＞
・Please log in to the app using the same email address as your Forget-me-nots online store full membership registration.
・Entry does not guarantee purchase.
*Entry opening and winner/loser notifications will only be sent via app push notifications, so please make sure push notifications are "On".
*If you win, there will be a time limit for purchase, so please complete payment within the allotted time.
Please note that your order will be automatically cancelled if you exceed the time limit.
・Payment is by credit card only. Cash-on-delivery can be selected at the time of purchase, but if selected, the order will be automatically cancelled.
・After entry is completed, you cannot withdraw your application, cancel your order, or change your order information (address change, size change, etc.). Please be very careful when entering your order information.

＜How to Participate in the WEB Lottery＞
*An application period will be set for each WEB lottery.*
*Membership registration is required to participate. Please log in.
１）We will send an "Entry Guide" via push notification.
*Please make sure to set push notifications to "On". Please note that you will not be able to proceed with your entry if they are off.
２）Please follow the instructions in the push notification to navigate to the entry page.
*The "Enter" button will be displayed from the entry start time. (Entry is not possible outside the entry period.)
３）Please log in as a member using your registered email address and password.
４）Select your "Desired Size" and tap "Enter".
*Please note that size changes are not possible after entry.
５）Please confirm the "Product Purchase Terms and Conditions".
*Only those who agree can participate in the lottery.
Your entry is now complete.
６）Once you receive a winning notification, please proceed with "Order Procedure".
*After winning, there is a time limit for purchase, so please ensure you complete payment within the allotted time. If the time limit is exceeded, the order will be automatically canceled, so please be careful.
７）After entering your payment information, tap "Confirm Order".
*Payment methods are limited to credit card only.
*Cash on delivery can be selected at the time of purchase, but please note that purchases made with cash on delivery will be automatically canceled.
*After entry completion, regardless of whether your order is finalized or not, you cannot withdraw your application, cancel your order, or change your order information (address change, size change, etc.).

＜Notification of Winners/Waitlist/Losers＞
This will be done via app push notifications only.
*Delivery times will be set for each lottery.
*Please ensure push notifications are "On".
The initial lottery results will include three types of notifications: "Winner", "Loser", and "Waitlist Winner".
Please see below for details.
１）Winner
If you win the lottery, you will receive a notification via push notification.
You can check the notification in the app's notification tab.
When you open the winning notification, a payment screen will appear, so please make your payment by following the instructions on the screen.
In addition, each lottery product has a time limit set for completing payment.
This time limit is displayed with a timer on the screen when you open the winning notification.
If you exceed the time limit, you will lose the right to purchase and your order will be automatically cancelled, so please complete payment within that time.
*Extensions due to payment time expiration are not possible.
２）Waitlist Winner
A waitlist winner refers to a "waitlist slot that becomes available if a re-lottery is conducted for remaining winning slots due to automatic cancellations from initial winners' expired payment deadlines."
If you are a waitlist winner, you will receive a notification via push notification.
*A waitlist winner notification is not an official winning notification.
*Being a waitlist winner does not guarantee a purchase.
*A re-lottery will only be conducted among waitlist candidates and winners/losers will be decided if cancellations occur during the initial lottery.
*The re-lottery will be conducted randomly on the day of release, after the initial lottery ends and depending on the cancellation status.
Therefore, we cannot determine when the waitlist winner notification will be sent on that day due to system constraints.
-If you are selected as a winner after the re-lottery
You will receive an official winning push notification.
The payment time limit after winning will be the original time limit set for the product.
Please note that if you exceed the time limit, you will lose the right to purchase and your order will be automatically cancelled.
-If you lose after the re-lottery
Waitlist winners who did not receive an uplifted winner notification will receive a loser push notification once the re-lottery is complete.
As with the winner notification, we cannot determine when the loser notification will be sent on that day due to the re-lottery status and system constraints.
３）Loser
You will receive a notification via push notification if you lose.
Unfortunately, if you receive a loser notification, you will not be able to purchase the product.

＜Prohibited Actions＞
*No refunds, returns, or size exchanges will be accepted after purchase.
*Initial defects after delivery will be handled by refund only.
*If we determine that an act is fraudulent, such as applying for multiple sizes, multiple times, outside the application period, or with the intent to make bulk purchases, we reserve the right to exclude you from future lotteries and invalidate your account without prior notice, regardless of the reason.

＜Q&A＞
Q1. Cannot register as a new member on the app.
A1. You cannot register as a new member with an email address that is already subscribed to the online site's newsletter.
Please register with a different email address.
If you wish to log in with an email address subscribed to the newsletter, you will need to complete the full membership registration process on the online site as follows:

１、Tap the menu button in the upper right.
２、Tap "My account".
３、Tap "Create account".
４、Fill in the required information on the new member registration screen → "Register"
*Enter the email address subscribed to the newsletter.
５、You will receive an email from our store to your registered address with the title "Activate Your Customer Account".
６、Tap "Activate your account" to complete registration.
７、Return to the app and log in with the information above.
Q2. Cannot log in to the app.
A2-1. Please log in with the same email address as your online site full membership registration.
A2-2. Please try again after some time with the correct password.
Q3. The lottery entry button is not displayed.
A3. The entry button will appear when you set push notifications to "On".
Q4. The app won't open, crashes immediately, or I can't proceed to lottery entry.
A4. Please try again after some time, restart your device, or uninstall and reinstall the app.
Alternatively, updating your device to the latest version may resolve the issue.
Q5. The lottery entry button is unresponsive.
A5. If the iOS version on your device is old, an error may occur where the lottery application button is unresponsive.
To enter, you will need to update your iOS version to the latest. Please back up your device and check compatibility with other apps you use before updating.
