※Only if a cancellation occurs in the initial draw, a re-draw will be conducted among the waitlisted candidates to determine winners/rejections.
※The re-draw will be conducted randomly on the day of release, after the initial draw has ended, depending on the cancellation status.

＜How to participate in the WEB lottery＞
※An application period will be set for each WEB lottery※
※Membership registration is required to participate. Please log in.
1) We will send an "Entry Guide" via push notification.
※Please be sure to set push notifications to "On". Please note that if they are off, you will not be able to proceed with the entry.
2) Follow the instructions in the push notification to navigate to the entry page.
※The "Enter" button will appear from the entry start time. (You cannot enter outside the entry period.)
3) Log in as a member using your registered email address and password.
4) Select your "Desired Size" and tap "Enter".
※You cannot change your size after entering. Please be aware of this in advance.
5) Please confirm the "Product Purchase Terms".
※Only those who agree can participate in the lottery.
This completes your entry.
6) Once you receive a winning notification, please proceed with the "Order Procedure".
※After winning, there will be a time limit for purchase, so please be sure to complete payment within the specified time. Please note that if you exceed the time limit, your order will be automatically canceled.
7) After entering your payment information, tap "Confirm Order".
※Payment is accepted only by credit card.
※Cash on delivery can be selected at the time of purchase, but purchases made via cash on delivery will be automatically canceled.
※After completing your entry, regardless of whether you confirm your order, you cannot withdraw your application, cancel your order, or change order information (e.g., address, size).

＜About Winner/Waitlist/Rejection Notifications＞
This will be done solely via app push notifications.
※Delivery times will be set for each lottery.
※Please be sure to set push notifications to "On".
The initial lottery result notification will have three types: "Winner", "Rejection", and "Waitlist".
Please check below for details.
1) Winner
If you win the lottery, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
Notifications can be checked from the app's notification tab.
When you open the winning notification, a payment screen will appear.
Please proceed with payment according to the on-screen instructions.
In addition, each lottery product has a time limit for payment.
This time limit is displayed with a timer on the screen when you open the winning notification.
If you exceed the time limit, you will lose the right to purchase, and your order will be automatically canceled, so please complete payment by then.
※No extensions will be granted for expired payment times.
2) Waitlist
A waitlist refers to a "waitlist slot that is created when a re-draw is conducted for remaining winning slots due to automatic cancellations from initial winners who failed to meet the payment deadline."
If you are waitlisted, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
※A waitlist notification is not an official winning notification.
※Being on the waitlist does not mean a win is confirmed, so we cannot guarantee a purchase.
※Only if a cancellation occurs in the initial draw, a re-draw will be conducted among the waitlisted candidates to determine winners/rejections.
※The re-draw will be conducted randomly on the day of release, after the initial draw has ended, depending on the cancellation status.
Therefore, due to system limitations, we cannot inform you of the exact time on the day when a winning notification might be sent out for a promotion.
-If you are promoted to winner after the re-draw
You will receive an official winning push notification.
The payment time limit after winning will be the time limit originally set for that product.
Please note that if you exceed the time limit, you will lose the right to purchase and your order will be automatically canceled.
-If you are rejected after the re-draw
Waitlisted candidates who do not receive a winning notification after the re-draw has ended will be sent a rejection push notification.
The time on the day when a rejection notification will be sent is also subject to the re-draw status and system limitations, so we cannot provide a specific time.
3) Rejection
If you are rejected, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
Unfortunately, if you receive a rejection notification, you will not be able to purchase the product.

＜Prohibited Actions＞
※We do not accept refunds, returns, or size exchanges after purchase.
※For initial defects after delivery, we will handle all cases with refunds.
※If we determine that an entry is fraudulent, such as multiple sizes, multiple entries, entries outside the application period, or entries for the purpose of bulk purchase, we reserve the right to exclude you from future lotteries and invalidate your account without prior notice, regardless of the reason.

The personal information you register may be used to send you information about new products, sales, and other company updates in the future.

Q1. I cannot register as a new member on the app.
A1. You cannot register as a new member with an email address that is already registered for newsletter subscription on the online site.
Please register with a different email address.
If you wish to log in with an email address already registered for newsletter subscription, you need to complete the full membership registration on the online site as follows.
-Procedure-
1. Tap the menu button at the top right.
2. Tap "My account".
3. Tap "Create account".
4. Fill in the required fields on the new member registration screen → "Register"
※Enter the email address subscribed to the newsletter.
5. You will receive an email from our store at your registered address with the subject "Activate your customer account".
6. Tap "Activate account" to complete registration.
7. Return to the app and log in with the above information.
Q2. I cannot log in to the app.
A2-1. Please log in with the same email address as your online site full membership registration.
A2-2. Please try again after some time, using the correct password.
Q3. The lottery entry button is not displayed.
A3. The entry button will be displayed by setting push notifications to "On".
Q4. The app won't open, crashes immediately, or I can't proceed to lottery entry, etc.
A4. Please try again after some time, by restarting your device, uninstalling and re-downloading the app.
Alternatively, updating your device to the latest version may resolve the issue.
Q5. The lottery entry button is unresponsive.
A5. If the iOS version of your device is old, an error may occur where the lottery application button is unresponsive.
To enter, you will need to update your iOS version to the latest. Please back up your data and check the compatibility with other apps you are using before updating.
