*An application period will be set for each web lottery.*
*Membership registration is required to participate. Please log in.
1) We will send an "Entry Guide" via push notification.
*Please make sure push notifications are set to "ON". Please note that if they are off, you will not be able to proceed with your entry.

2) Follow the instructions in the push notification to proceed to the entry page.
*The "Enter" button will be displayed from the entry start time. (You cannot enter outside the entry period.)

3) Log in as a member using your registered email address and password.

4) Select your "Desired size" and tap "Enter".
*Please note that you cannot change your size after entering.

5) Please confirm the "Product Purchase Terms and Conditions".
*Only those who agree can participate in the lottery.

This completes your entry.

6) If you receive a winning notification, please "Proceed to Order".
*After winning, there is a time limit for purchase, so please make sure to complete the payment within the specified time. Please note that exceeding the time limit will result in automatic cancellation.

7) After entering your payment information, tap "Confirm Order".
*Only credit card payments are accepted.
*Cash on delivery can be selected at the time of purchase, but purchases made via cash on delivery will be automatically canceled, so please be aware.
*After completing your entry, you cannot withdraw your application, cancel your order, or change your order information (e.g., address, size), regardless of whether your order is confirmed.
Please be very careful when entering your order information.



Notifications will only be sent via app push notifications.
*Delivery times are set for each lottery.
*Please make sure push notifications are "ON".

The initial lottery result notifications will consist of three types: "Winning," "Losing," and "Alternate Winning."
Please see below for details.

1) Winning
If you win the lottery, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
You can check the notification from the app's notification tab.
When you open the winning notification, a screen for payment will be displayed.
Please follow the on-screen instructions to make your payment.
In addition, each lottery product has a time limit set for completing payment.
This time limit is displayed with a timer on the screen when you open the winning notification.
If you exceed the time limit, you will lose the right to purchase and your order will be automatically canceled, so please make your payment before then.
*No extensions will be granted for expired payment times.

2) Alternate Winning
Alternate winning refers to an alternate winning slot that occurs when a re-draw is conducted for remaining winning slots due to an automatic cancellation caused by the expiration of the initial winner's payment deadline.

If you become an alternate winner, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
*Please note that an alternate winning notification is not a formal winning notification.
*As an alternate winner, your win is not yet confirmed, so we cannot guarantee a purchase.

*A re-draw will only be conducted among alternate winners, and winning/losing will be determined, if a cancellation occurs in the initial draw.
*The re-draw will be conducted randomly on the day of sale, depending on the cancellation status, after the initial draw has ended.
Therefore, due to system limitations, we cannot inform you of the exact time you will receive the notification of being moved up to a winner on that day.

- If you are moved up to a winner after the re-draw
You will receive a formal winning push notification.
The payment time limit after winning will be the time limit originally set for that product.
Please note that if you exceed the time limit, you will lose the right to purchase and your order will be automatically canceled.

- If you lose after the re-draw
Once the re-draw is complete, alternate winners who have not received a winning notification will be sent a losing push notification.
The time when the losing notification is sent also depends on the re-draw situation and system constraints, so we cannot tell you the exact time on the day.

3) Losing
If you lose, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
If you receive a losing notification, unfortunately, you will not be able to purchase the product.


・Please log in to the app with the same email address as your Forget-me-nots online store full membership registration.
・Entry does not guarantee purchase.
・Payment is by credit card only. While cash on delivery may be selected during purchase, it will result in automatic cancellation.
・After completing your entry, you cannot withdraw your application, cancel your order, or change your order information (e.g., address, size). Please be very careful when entering your order information.
・Access may be concentrated, leading to temporary connection difficulties or disconnections. Please understand.
・This is not a first-come, first-served registration. Your chances of winning will not change regardless of when you apply during the entry period.
・There will be no in-store lottery sales whatsoever. Please understand that we cannot answer inquiries at our stores.



*We do not accept refunds, returns, or size exchanges after purchase.
*Any initial defects after delivery will be handled by a full refund.
*If we determine that an act is fraudulent, such as multiple sizes, multiple entries, entries outside the application period, or entries for the purpose of bulk purchase, we may exclude you from future lotteries and invalidate your account without prior notice, regardless of the reason.



The personal information you provide may be used to send you information about our company, such as new products and sales, in the future.

Q1. I can't register as a new member on the app.
A1. You cannot register as a new member with an email address that is already subscribed to the online site's newsletter.
Please register with a different email address.
If you wish to log in with an email address subscribed to the newsletter, you will need to complete the full membership registration on the online site as described below.

-Steps-
1. Tap the menu button in the upper right.
2. Tap "My account".
3. Tap "Create account".
4. Fill in the required fields on the new member registration screen → "Register".
　　*Enter the email address subscribed to the newsletter.
5. You will receive an email from our store at the registered address with the subject line "Activate your customer account."
6. Tap "Activate account" to complete registration.
7. Return to the app and log in with the above information.

Q2. I can't log in to the app.
A2-1. Please log in with the same email address as your online site full membership registration.
A2-2. Please wait a moment and try again with the correct password.

Q3. The lottery entry button is not displayed.
A3. The entry button will be displayed by setting push notifications to "ON".

Q4. The app won't open, crashes immediately / I can't proceed to lottery entry, etc.
A4. Please wait a moment and try restarting your device, uninstalling, and then re-downloading the app.
Alternatively, updating your device's version to the latest may resolve the issue.

Q5. The lottery entry button is not responding.
A5. If the iOS version of your device is old, an error may occur where the lottery application button does not respond.
To enter, you will need to update your iOS version to the latest. Please back up your data and
update your device after checking compatibility with other apps you are using.
