＜How to participate in the WEB lottery＞
*An application period will be set for each WEB lottery.*
*Membership registration is required to participate. Please log in.
1) We will send "Entry Guidance" via push notification.
*Please ensure push notification settings are "on." If they are off, you will not be able to proceed with entry.

2) Follow the instructions in the push notification to navigate to the entry page.
*The "Enter" button will be displayed from the entry start time. (Entry is not possible outside the entry period.)

3) Log in as a member using your registered email address and password.

4) Select your "Desired Size" and tap "Enter."
*Size changes cannot be made after entry. Please be aware of this in advance.

5) Please confirm the "Product Purchase Terms and Conditions."
*Only those who agree can participate in the lottery.

This completes your entry.

6) Once you receive a winning notification, please proceed with "Order Processing."
*After winning, there is a time limit for purchase, so please ensure payment is made within that time. Please note that if the time limit is exceeded, your order will be automatically canceled.

7) After entering your payment information, tap "Confirm Order."
*Only credit card payments are accepted.
*Although cash on delivery can be selected at the time of purchase, orders paid by cash on delivery will be automatically canceled.
*After entry completion, regardless of whether your order is confirmed, you cannot withdraw your application, cancel your order, or change order information (e.g., address change, size change).
Please be very careful when entering your order information.


＜Notification of Winning/Runner-up/Losing＞
Notifications will be sent only via app push notifications.
*Delivery times are set for each lottery.
*Please ensure push notification settings are "on."

There are three types of initial lottery result notifications: "Winning," "Losing," and "Runner-up."
Please see below for details.

1) Winning
If you win the lottery, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
Notifications can be checked in the app's notification tab.
Opening the winning notification will display the payment screen,
Please follow the on-screen instructions to make your payment.
Additionally, each lottery product has a time limit for payment.
This time limit is displayed with a timer on the screen when you open the winning notification.
If the time limit is exceeded, you will lose the right to purchase, and your order will be automatically canceled, so please make your payment before then.
*No extensions will be granted for payment deadlines.

2) Runner-up
Runner-up refers to "a runner-up slot in a re-lottery conducted for remaining winning slots
due to automatic cancellations caused by initial winners' payment deadlines expiring."

If you are a runner-up, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
*The runner-up notification is not an official winning notification.
*Being a runner-up does not guarantee a win, so we cannot guarantee a purchase.

*A re-lottery will only be conducted among runner-up winners if cancellations occur in the initial lottery, and winning/losing will be determined at that time.
*The re-lottery will be conducted randomly on the release day, after the initial lottery has ended and depending on the cancellation status.
Therefore, due to system limitations, we cannot inform you of the exact time on the day when the uplifted winning notification will be sent.

- If you are uplifted as a winner after the re-lottery
You will receive an official winning push notification.
The payment time limit after winning will be the time limit originally set for that product.
Please note that if the time limit is exceeded, you will lose the right to purchase and your order will be automatically canceled.

- If you lose after the re-lottery
At the end of the re-lottery, runner-up winners who did not receive an uplifted winning notification will be sent a losing push notification.
The time of the losing notification on the day is also subject to the re-lottery status and system circumstances, so we cannot inform you of the exact time.

3) Losing
If you lose, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
If you receive a losing notification, unfortunately, you will not be able to purchase the product.


・Please log in to the app with the same email address used for Forget-me-nots online store full membership registration.
・Entry does not guarantee purchase.
・Payment is by credit card only. Although cash on delivery can be selected at the time of purchase, your order will be automatically canceled if you choose it.
・After completing your entry, you cannot withdraw your application, cancel your order, or change order information (e.g., address, size). Please be very careful when entering your order information.
・There is a possibility that access may be concentrated, leading to temporary connection difficulties or disconnections. Please understand.
・This is not a first-come, first-served acceptance. Your chances of winning do not change regardless of when you apply during the entry period.
・There will be no in-store lottery sales whatsoever. Please understand that we cannot answer inquiries at stores.



*No refunds, returns, or size exchanges will be accepted after purchase.
*Any initial defects after delivery will be handled by a full refund.
*If we determine that an action is fraudulent, such as multiple sizes, multiple entries, entries outside the application period, or entries for the purpose of bulk purchase, we reserve the right to exclude you from future lotteries and invalidate your account without prior notice, regardless of the reason.



The personal information you register may be used for distributing information about new products, sales, and other company information in the future.

＜Q&A＞
Q1. Cannot register as a new member on the app.
A1. You cannot register as a new member using an email address that is already registered for the online site's newsletter.
Please register with a different email address.
If you wish to log in with an email address already registered for the newsletter, you will need to complete the full membership registration on the online site as follows.

-Steps-
1. Tap the menu button in the top right.
2. Tap "My account."
3. Tap "Create account."
4. Fill in the required information on the new member registration screen → "Register."
　　*Enter the email address subscribed to the newsletter.
5. You will receive an email from our store titled "Activate your customer account" at the registered address.
6. Tap "Activate account" to complete registration.
7. Return to the app and log in with the details above.

Q2. Cannot log in to the app.
A2-1. Please log in using the same email address used for online site full membership registration.
A2-2. Please wait a moment and try again with the correct password.

Q3. The lottery entry button is not displayed.
A3. The entry button will be displayed by setting push notifications to "on."

Q4. The app won't open, crashes immediately / Cannot proceed to lottery entry, etc.
A4. Please wait a moment and try restarting your device, uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
Alternatively, updating your device's version to the latest may resolve the issue.

Q5. The lottery entry button is unresponsive.
A5. If the iOS version of your device is old, an error may occur where the lottery application button is unresponsive.
To enter, you need to update your iOS version to the latest. Please back up your data and
update after checking the compatibility of other apps you are using.
