*An application period will be set for each WEB lottery.*
*Membership registration is required to participate. Please log in.
1) We will send "Entry Guidance" via push notification.
*Please be sure to set push notifications to "On". If they are off, you will not be able to proceed with the entry, so please be careful.

2) Follow the instructions in the push notification to move to the entry page.
*The "Enter" button will appear from the entry start time. (You cannot enter outside the entry period.)

3) Log in as a member using your registered email address and password.

4) Select your "Desired Size" and tap "Enter".
*Size changes cannot be made after entry. Please understand this in advance.

5) Please confirm the "Product Purchase Terms and Conditions".
*Only those who agree can participate in the lottery.

This completes your entry.

6) Once you receive a winning notification, please "Proceed to Order".
*After winning, there is a time limit for purchase, so please be sure to complete payment within the given time. If you exceed the time limit, your order will be automatically cancelled, so please be careful.

7) After entering your payment information, tap "Confirm Order".
*Only credit card payments are accepted.
*Cash on delivery may be selectable at the time of purchase, but purchases made with cash on delivery will be automatically cancelled, so please be careful.
*After completing your entry, regardless of whether your order is confirmed, you cannot withdraw your application, cancel your order, or change your order information (e.g., address change, size change).
Please be very careful when entering your order information.



Notifications will be sent only via app push notifications.
*Delivery times will be set for each lottery.
*Please be sure to set push notifications to "On".

The initial lottery result notifications will be of three types: "Winning", "Losing", and "Waitlist Winning".
Please check the details below.

1) Winning
If you win the lottery, you will receive a notification via push notification.
You can check notifications from the app's notification tab.
When you open the winning notification, a payment screen will appear, so
Please proceed with the payment according to the instructions on the screen.
In addition, each lottery product has a time limit set for completing the payment.
This time limit is displayed with a timer on the screen when you open the winning notification.
If you exceed the time limit, you will lose the right to purchase and your order will be automatically cancelled, so please complete the payment by then.
*No extensions will be granted for expired payment deadlines.

2) Waitlist Winning
Waitlist winning refers to "a waitlist winning slot for which a re-lottery is conducted for remaining winning slots
due to automatic cancellation by initial winners whose payment deadline has expired."

If you are placed on the waitlist, you will receive a notification via push notification.
*The waitlist notification is not a formal winning notification.
*Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a win, so purchase is not guaranteed.

*Only if cancellations occur in the initial lottery, a re-lottery will be conducted among waitlist registrants to determine winning/losing.
*The re-lottery will be conducted randomly on the day of sale, after the initial lottery has concluded, depending on the cancellation status.
Therefore, due to system limitations, we cannot inform you of the exact time on that day when the waitlist winning notification will be sent.

- If you win after the re-lottery (promoted from waitlist)
You will receive a formal winning push notification.
The payment time limit after winning will be the original time limit set for that product.
Please note that if you exceed the time limit, you will lose the right to purchase and your order will be automatically cancelled.

- If you lose after the re-lottery
At the end of the re-lottery, waitlist registrants who did not receive a promotion notification will be sent a losing push notification.
The timing of losing notifications is also subject to the re-lottery status and system limitations, so we cannot inform you of the exact time on that day when the notification will be sent.

3) Losing
If you lose, you will receive a notification via push notification.
If you receive a losing notification, unfortunately, you will not be able to purchase the product.


・Please log in to the app with the same email address used for your Forget-me-nots online store main membership registration.
・Entry does not guarantee purchase.
・Payment is by credit card only. While cash on delivery may be selectable at the time of purchase, orders placed with cash on delivery will be automatically cancelled.
・After completing your entry, you cannot withdraw your application, cancel your order, or change your order information (e.g., address change, size change). Please be very careful when entering your order information.
・Access may be concentrated, making it temporarily difficult or impossible to connect. Please understand this.
・This is not a first-come, first-served registration. Your chances of winning do not change regardless of when you apply during the entry period.
・There will be no in-store lottery sales whatsoever. Please understand that we cannot respond to inquiries at our stores.



*Refunds, returns, and size exchanges after purchase are not accepted under any circumstances.
*Initial defects upon delivery will be handled by refunding the full amount.
*If we determine that an act is fraudulent, such as applying for multiple sizes, multiple times, outside the application period, or with the intent of bulk purchase, we may, regardless of the reason, exclude you from future lotteries and invalidate your account without prior notice.



The personal information you register may be used to send you information about new products, sales, and other company updates in the future.



Q1. I can't register as a new member on the app.
A1. You cannot register as a new member with an email address that is already registered for our online site's newsletter subscription.
Please register with a different email address.
If you wish to log in with an email address already subscribed to the newsletter, you will need to perform the following main membership registration process on the online site.

-Procedure-
1. Tap the menu button on the top right.
2. Tap My account.
3. Tap Create account.
4. Fill in the required information on the new member registration screen → "Register".
　　*Enter the email address subscribed to the newsletter.
5. You will receive an email from our store at your registered address with the title
　　"Activate your customer account".
6. Tap "Activate Account" to complete registration.
7. Return to the app and log in with the information above.

Q2. I can't log in to the app.
A2-1. Please log in with the same email address used for your online site main membership registration.
A2-2. Please wait some time and try again with the correct password.

Q3. The lottery entry button is not displayed.
A3. The entry button will appear when you set push notifications to "On".

Q4. The app won't open, crashes immediately, or I can't proceed to lottery entry, etc.
A4. Please wait some time and try restarting your device, uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
Alternatively, updating your device's OS to the latest version may resolve the issue.

Q5. The lottery entry button is unresponsive.
A5. If the iOS version of your device is old, an error may occur where the lottery application button is unresponsive.
To enter, you will need to update your iOS version to the latest. Please back up your data and
update after checking the compatibility with other apps you are using.
