＜What is an Alternate Winner?＞
An alternate winner is someone who wins in a re-抽選 for remaining winning slots due to automatic cancellations from initial winners failing to pay by the deadline.
※Being an alternate winner does not guarantee a purchase as the win is not yet confirmed.
※Re-抽選 will only occur among alternate winners to determine winners/losers if cancellations happen in the initial lottery.
※Re-抽選 will be conducted randomly on the release day, after the initial lottery has ended and depending on the cancellation status.
Therefore, please understand that due to system reasons, we cannot inform you of the exact time on that day when you will receive a notification of a successful alternate win.

1) We will send "Entry Guide" via push notification.

2) Follow the instructions in the push notification and go to the entry page.
※The "Enter" button will be displayed from the entry start time. (You cannot enter outside the entry period.)
3) Log in as a member using your registered email address and password.
4) Select your "Desired Size" and tap "Enter".
※Please note that you cannot change the size after entry.
5) Please confirm the "Product Purchase Terms and Conditions".
※Only those who agree can participate in the lottery.
This completes your entry.
6) If you receive a winning notification, please proceed with "Order Procedure".
※After winning, there is a time limit for purchase, so please be sure to complete payment within the allotted time. Please note that if the time limit is exceeded, your order will be automatically cancelled.
7) After entering your payment information, tap "Confirm Order".
※Only credit card payment is accepted.
※Cash on delivery can be selected at the time of purchase, but purchases made via cash on delivery will be automatically cancelled, so please be careful.
※After completing your entry, regardless of whether you confirm your order, you cannot withdraw your application, cancel your order, or change your order information (address change, size change, etc.).

＜About winning/alternate winning/losing notifications＞
This will be done only via app push notifications.
※Delivery times are set for each lottery.
※Please be sure to set push notifications to "Notifications On".
There will be three types of results for the initial lottery: "Winning", "Losing", and "Alternate Winning".
Please see below for details.
1) Winning
If you win the lottery, you will receive a notification via push notification.
You can check the notification in the app's notification tab.
When you open the winning notification, a payment screen will appear.
Please follow the instructions on the screen to make your payment.
In addition, a time limit for payment is set for each lottery product.
This time limit is displayed with a timer on the screen when you open the winning notification.
If the time limit is exceeded, you will lose your right to purchase and your order will be automatically cancelled, so please make your payment before then.
※No time extensions will be granted for expired payment times.
2) Alternate Winning
Alternate winning refers to "an alternate winning slot when a re-lottery is conducted for remaining winning slots
due to automatic cancellation caused by the initial winner's payment deadline expiring."
If you are an alternate winner, you will receive a notification via push notification.
※An alternate winning notification is not a formal winning notification.
※Alternate winning does not guarantee a purchase as the win is not yet confirmed.
※A re-lottery will only be conducted among alternate winners to determine winners/losers if cancellations occur in the initial lottery.
※The re-lottery will be conducted randomly on the release day, after the initial lottery has ended and depending on the cancellation status.
Therefore, due to the re-lottery status and system circumstances, we cannot specify the exact time on that day when you will receive an upgraded winning notification.
- If you are upgraded to a winner after the re-lottery
You will receive a formal winning push notification.
The payment time limit after winning will be the time limit originally set for that product.
Please note that if the time limit is exceeded, you will lose your right to purchase and your order will be automatically cancelled.
- If you lose after the re-lottery
Alternate winners who did not receive an upgraded winning notification after the re-lottery has ended will receive a losing push notification.
As with the upgraded winning notification, the time on the day when the losing notification is sent cannot be specified due to the re-lottery status and system circumstances.
3) Losing
If you lose, you will receive a notification via push notification.
Unfortunately, if you receive a losing notification, you will not be able to purchase the product.

Q1. Cannot register as a new member on the app
A1. You cannot register as a new member with an email address that is already registered for our online site's newsletter.
Please register with a different email address.
If you wish to log in with an email address already registered for our newsletter, you need to complete the following full member registration process on the online site.
-Steps-
1. Tap the menu button in the top right corner.
2. Tap My account.
3. Tap Create account.
4. Fill in the required information on the new member registration screen → "Register".
※Enter the email address subscribed to the newsletter.
5. An email titled "Activate your customer account" will be sent from our store to the address you registered.
6. Tap "Activate account" to complete registration.
7. Return to the app and log in with the above information.
Q2. Cannot log in to the app
A2-1. Please log in with the same email address as your online site full member registration.
A2-2. Please try again later with the correct password.
Q3. The lottery entry button is not displayed
A3. The entry button will be displayed by setting push notifications to "Notifications On".
Q4. The app won't open, crashes immediately, or I can't proceed to lottery entry, etc.
A4. Please try again after a while, restart your device, uninstall and re-download the app.
Alternatively, updating your device to the latest version may resolve the issue.
Q5. The lottery entry button is unresponsive
A5. If the iOS version of your device is old, an error may occur where the lottery application button is unresponsive.
To enter, you need to update your iOS version to the latest. Please back up your device and check compatibility with other apps you use before updating.
