■Re-lottery for Waitlist Entrants and Notification of Uplifted Winners/Losers

*A re-lottery will only be conducted among waitlist entrants to determine winners/losers if cancellations occur in the initial lottery.
*The re-lottery will be conducted randomly on the day of sale, depending on the cancellation status, after the initial lottery has ended.
Therefore, please understand that due to system limitations, we cannot confirm what time on the day of sale the uplifted winner notification will be sent.

＜What is a Waitlist Entry?＞
This refers to a waitlist slot that becomes available if a re-lottery is conducted for remaining winning slots due to automatic cancellations caused by initial winners failing to meet the payment deadline.
*A waitlist entry does not guarantee a win, so purchase is not guaranteed.

・Entry does not guarantee purchase.
*Entry and winner/loser notifications will only be sent via app push notifications, so please make sure push notifications are "ON."

＜How to Participate in the Web Lottery＞
*An application period will be set for each web lottery.*
*Membership registration is required to participate. Please log in.
１）We will send an "Entry Guide" via push notification.
*Please make sure push notifications are "ON". Please note that you cannot proceed with entry if they are off.
２）Please follow the instructions in the push notification to navigate to the entry page.
*The "Enter" button will appear from the entry start time. (You cannot enter outside the entry period.)
３）Please log in using your registered email address and password.
４）Select your "Desired Size" and tap "Enter."
*Size changes cannot be made after entry. Please be aware of this in advance.
５）Please confirm the "Product Purchase Terms and Conditions."
*Only those who agree can participate in the lottery.
This completes your entry.
６）Once you receive a winning notification, please proceed with "Order Procedure."
*If you win, there is a time limit for purchase, so please complete payment within the allotted time. Please note that if the time limit expires, your order will be automatically canceled.
７）After entering payment information, tap "Confirm Order."
*Only credit card payments are accepted.
*Cash on delivery can be selected at the time of purchase, but purchases made via cash on delivery will be automatically canceled.
*Once an entry is complete, regardless of whether the order is finalized, applications cannot be withdrawn, orders cannot be canceled, and order information (address changes, size changes, etc.) cannot be changed.

＜About Winner/Waitlist/Loser Notifications＞
Notifications will only be sent via app push notifications.
*Delivery times will be set for each lottery.
*Please make sure push notifications are "ON."
The initial lottery results will include "Winner," "Loser," and "Waitlist" notifications.

１）Winner
If you win the lottery, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
You can check the notification from the app's notification tab.
When you open the winning notification, a payment screen will appear.
Please proceed with payment according to the on-screen instructions.
Additionally, each lottery product has a set time limit for completing payment.
This time limit is displayed with a timer on the screen when you open the winning notification.
If the time limit expires, you will lose the right to purchase and your order will be automatically canceled, so please complete payment within that time.
*No extensions will be granted for expired payment times.
２）Waitlist
A waitlist entry refers to a "waitlist slot that becomes available if a re-lottery is conducted for remaining winning slots
due to automatic cancellations caused by initial winners failing to meet the payment deadline."
If you are waitlisted, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
*A waitlist notification is not an official winning notification.
*A waitlist entry does not guarantee a win, so purchase is not guaranteed.
*A re-lottery will only be conducted among waitlist entrants to determine winners/losers if cancellations occur in the initial lottery.
*The re-lottery will be conducted randomly on the day of sale, depending on the cancellation status, after the initial lottery has ended.
Therefore, due to system limitations, we cannot confirm what time on the day of sale the uplifted winner notification will be sent.
- If you are uplifted as a winner after the re-lottery
You will receive an official winning push notification.
The payment time limit after winning will be the original time limit set for that product.
Please note that if the time limit expires, you will lose the right to purchase and your order will be automatically canceled.
- If you are a loser after the re-lottery
At the end of the re-lottery, waitlist entrants who have not received an uplifted winner notification will be sent a loser push notification.
Please note that due to the re-lottery situation and system limitations, we cannot confirm what time on the day of sale the loser notification will be sent.
３）Loser
If you lose, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
Unfortunately, if you receive a loser notification, you will not be able to purchase the product.

＜Prohibited Actions＞
*Refunds, returns, or size exchanges are not accepted after purchase.
*Initial defects upon delivery will be handled by refund only.
*If we determine that an act is fraudulent, such as multiple sizes, multiple entries, entries outside the application period, or entries for the purpose of bulk purchase, we may, without prior notice,exclude you from future lotteries and invalidate your account, regardless of the reason.

＜Q&A＞
Q1. I can't register as a new member on the app.
A1. You cannot register as a new member with an email address that is already subscribed to the online site's newsletter.
Please register with a different email address.
If you wish to log in with an email address already subscribed to the newsletter, you need to complete the following full member registration on the online site.
-Steps-
１. Tap the menu button in the upper right corner.
２. Tap My account.
３. Tap Create account.
４. Fill in the required fields on the new member registration screen → "Register"
*Enter the email address subscribed to the newsletter.
５. You will receive an email from our store at your registered address with the subject "Activate your customer account."
６. Tap "Activate account" to complete registration.
７. Return to the app and log in with the above information.
Q2. I can't log in to the app.
A2-1. Please log in with the same email address used for your online site full member registration.
A2-2. Please try again after some time with the correct password.
Q3. The lottery entry button doesn't appear.
A3. The entry button will appear when push notifications are set to "ON."
Q4. The app won't open, crashes immediately, or I can't proceed to lottery entry, etc.
A4. Please try restarting your device, uninstalling, and reinstalling the app after some time.
Alternatively, updating your device's version to the latest may resolve the issue.
Q5. The lottery entry button doesn't respond.
A5. If your device's iOS version is old, an error may occur where the lottery application button does not respond.
To enter, you will need to update your iOS version to the latest. Please back up your data and
check compatibility with other apps you are using before updating.
