Lottery Sale Notice for February 21st (Monday)

※Membership registration is required to participate. Please log in.
1) We will send "Entry Guidance" via push notification.
※Please ensure your push notification settings are "on". If they are off, you will not be able to proceed with your entry, so please be careful.

2) Follow the instructions in the push notification to navigate to the entry page.
※The "Enter" button will appear at the entry start time. (Entries cannot be made outside the entry period.)

3) Log in as a member using your registered email address and password.

4) Select your "Desired Size" and tap "Enter".
※Size changes cannot be made after entry. Please be aware of this in advance.

5) Please review the "Product Purchase Agreement".
※Only those who agree can participate in the lottery.

This completes your entry.

6) When you receive a winner notification, proceed with "Order Procedure".
※After winning, there is a time limit for purchase, so please ensure payment is completed within the allotted time. Please note that if you exceed the time limit, your order will be automatically canceled.

7) After entering your payment information, tap "Confirm Order".
※Payment can only be made by credit card.
※While cash on delivery may be selected at the time of purchase, orders made with cash on delivery will be automatically canceled, so please be careful.
※After completing your entry, regardless of whether your order is confirmed, you cannot withdraw your application, cancel your order, or change your order information (e.g., address, size).
Please be very careful when entering your order information.



Notifications will only be sent via app push notifications.
※Delivery times will be set for each lottery.
※Please ensure push notification settings are "on".

In addition to "Winner" and "Loser", there are three types of initial lottery results: "Alternate Winner".
Please check the details below.

1) Winner
If you win the lottery, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
Notifications can be checked from the app's notification tab.
When you open the winner notification, a screen for making payment will appear.
Please proceed with payment according to the on-screen instructions.
Also, a time limit is set for each lottery product to complete payment.
This time limit is displayed with a timer on the screen when you open the winner notification.
If you exceed the time limit, you will lose the right to purchase and your order will be automatically canceled, so please make your payment within that period.
※No extensions will be granted for expired payment deadlines.

2) Alternate Winner
An alternate winner is someone who receives a slot in a re-lottery conducted for remaining winning slots due to automatic cancellations caused by initial winners failing to make payment within the deadline.

If you become an alternate winner, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
※The alternate winner notification is not a formal winner notification.
※Being an alternate winner does not guarantee a win, so purchase is not guaranteed.

※A re-lottery will be conducted among alternate winners, and winners/losers will be determined, only if cancellations occur in the initial lottery.
※The re-lottery will be conducted randomly on the day of sale, after the initial lottery ends and depending on the cancellation status.
Therefore, due to system limitations, we cannot inform you of the exact time on the day when the elevated winner notification will be sent.

- If you become an elevated winner after the re-lottery
A formal winner push notification will be sent.
The payment deadline after winning will be the time limit originally set for that product.
Please note that if you exceed the time limit, you will lose the right to purchase and your order will be automatically canceled.

- If you lose after the re-lottery
After the re-lottery is completed, alternate winners who did not receive an elevated winner notification will be sent a loser push notification.
The time when the loser notification is sent on the day is also unknown due to the re-lottery situation and system convenience.

3) Loser
If you lose, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
If you receive a loser notification, unfortunately, you will not be able to purchase the target product.


・Please log in to the app with the same email address as your Forget-me-nots online store full member registration.
・Entry does not guarantee a purchase.
・Payment is by credit card only. While cash on delivery may be selected at the time of purchase, orders made with cash on delivery will be automatically canceled.
・After completing your entry, you cannot withdraw your application, cancel your order, or change your order information (e.g., address, size). Please be very careful when entering your order information.
・Access may be concentrated, leading to temporary connection difficulties or inability to connect. Please understand.
・This is not a first-come, first-served reception. Your chances of winning remain the same regardless of when you apply during the entry period.
・There will be no lottery sales at physical stores. Please understand that we cannot answer inquiries at stores.



※Refunds, returns, and size exchanges after purchase are not accepted under any circumstances.
※Initial defects after delivery will all be handled with a refund.
※If we determine that multiple sizes, multiple entries, entries outside the application period, or entries for the purpose of bulk purchase constitute fraudulent activity, we may, for any reason, exclude you from future lotteries and invalidate your account without prior notice.



The personal information you provide may be used to send you information about new products, sales, and other company updates in the future.

Q1. I cannot register as a new member on the app.
A1. You cannot register as a new member using an email address already subscribed to the online site's newsletter.
Please register with a different email address.
If you wish to log in with an email address subscribed to the newsletter, you will need to perform the following full member registration on the online site.

- Steps -
1. Tap the menu button in the top right.
2. Tap My account.
3. Tap Create account.
4. Fill in the required fields on the new member registration screen → "Register".
　　※Enter the email address subscribed to the newsletter.
5. You will receive an email from our store at the registered address with the subject "Activate your customer account".
6. Tap "Activate account" to complete registration.
7. Return to the app and log in with the above information.

Q2. I cannot log in to the app.
A2-1. Please try logging in with the same email address as your online site full member registration.
A2-2. Please try again after some time with the correct password.

Q3. The lottery entry button is not displayed.
A3. The entry button will appear once you set push notifications to "on".

Q4. The app won't open, crashes immediately, or I can't proceed to lottery entry, etc.
A4. Please try restarting your device, uninstalling, and reinstalling the app after some time.
Alternatively, updating your device to the latest version may resolve the issue.

Q5. The lottery entry button is not responding.
A5. If the iOS version of your device is old, an error may occur where the lottery application button does not respond.
To enter, you will need to update your iOS version to the latest. Please back up your data and
update after checking the compatibility with other apps you are using.
