1) We will send "Entry Guidance" via push notification.
*Please be sure to set push notifications to "on." Please note that if they are off, you will not be able to proceed with entry.

2) Please follow the instructions in the push notification to move to the entry page.
*The "Enter" button will be displayed from the entry start time. (You cannot enter outside the entry period.)

3) Please log in as a member using your registered email address and password.

4) Select "Desired size" and tap "Enter."
*Please note that you cannot change the size after entry.

5) Please confirm the "Product Purchase Terms and Conditions."
*Only those who agree can participate in the lottery.

This completes your entry.

6) Once you receive the winning notification, please proceed with "Order Procedure."
*After winning, there is a time limit for purchase, so please be sure to complete payment within the time limit. Please note that exceeding the time limit will result in automatic cancellation.

7) After entering your payment information, tap "Confirm Order."
*Only credit card payment is accepted.
*While cash on delivery can be selected at the time of purchase, cash on delivery purchases will be automatically cancelled, so please be careful.
*After completing your entry, regardless of whether your order is confirmed, you cannot withdraw your application, cancel your order, or change your order information (address change, size change, etc.).
Please pay close attention when entering your order information.



Notifications will only be sent via app push notifications.
*Delivery times will be set for each lottery.
*Please be sure to set push notifications to "on."

There will be three types of results for the initial lottery: "Winner," "Loser," and "Alternate Winner."
Please see below for details.

1) Winner
If you win the lottery, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
You can check notifications from the app's notification tab.
When you open the winning notification, a payment screen will appear, so
please proceed with payment according to the on-screen instructions.
In addition, each lottery product has a time limit set for completing payment.
This time limit is displayed with a timer on the screen when you open the winning notification.
If the time limit is exceeded, you will lose the right to purchase and it will be automatically cancelled, so please complete payment by then.
*No extensions will be granted for payment deadlines.

2) Alternate Winner
An alternate winner is an "alternate winner slot when a re-draw is conducted for remaining winning slots due to automatic cancellations from initial winners' expired payment deadlines."

If you become an alternate winner, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
*An alternate winner notification is not a formal winning notification.
*Being an alternate winner does not guarantee a win, so purchase cannot be guaranteed.

*Only if cancellations occur in the initial draw, a re-draw will be conducted among alternate winners to determine winners/losers.
*The re-draw will be conducted randomly on the day of sale, after the initial draw has ended and depending on the cancellation situation.
Therefore, due to system limitations, we cannot inform you of the exact time on the day when the advance winner notification will be sent.

-If you become an advance winner after the re-draw
You will receive a formal winning push notification.
The payment deadline after winning will be the time limit originally set for that product.
Please note that if the time limit is exceeded, you will lose the right to purchase and it will be automatically cancelled.

-If you become a loser after the re-draw
Once the re-draw is completed, alternate winners who did not receive an advance winner notification will be sent a loser push notification.
The exact time on the day when the loser notification will be sent is unknown due to the re-draw situation and system limitations.

3) Loser
If you lose, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
If you receive a loser notification, unfortunately, you will not be able to purchase the product.


・Please log in to the app using the same email address as your Forget-me-nots online store main membership registration.
・Entry applications do not guarantee purchase.
・Payment is by credit card only. While cash on delivery may be selected at the time of purchase, it will result in automatic cancellation.
・After completing your entry, you cannot withdraw your application, cancel your order, or change your order information (address change, size change, etc.). Please pay close attention when entering your order information.
・Access may be concentrated, causing temporary connection difficulties or disconnections. Please understand.
・This is not a first-come, first-served reception. The probability of winning does not change regardless of when you apply during the entry period.
・There will be no lottery sales at physical stores. Please understand that we cannot answer inquiries about this at our stores.



*No refunds, returns, or size exchanges will be accepted after purchase.
*For initial defects after delivery, all responses will be handled by refund.
*If we determine that an action is fraudulent, such as applying for multiple sizes, multiple times, outside the application period, or for the purpose of bulk purchase, we may, regardless of the reason, exclude you from future lotteries and invalidate your account without prior notice.



The personal information you provide may be used for sending information about new products, sales, and other company information.



Q1. I cannot register as a new member on the app.
A1. You cannot register as a new member with an email address that is already registered for newsletter subscriptions on the online site.
Please register with a different email address.
If you wish to log in with an email address registered for newsletter subscriptions, you need to perform the following main membership registration on the online site.

-Procedure-
1. Tap the menu button in the top right.
2. Tap My account.
3. Tap Create account.
4. Fill in the required information on the new member registration screen → "Register"
　　*Enter the email address subscribed to the newsletter.
5. You will receive an email from our store at the registered address with the title "Activate your customer account."
6. Tap "Activate account" to complete registration.
7. Return to the app and log in with the above information.

Q2. I cannot log in to the app.
A2-1. Please log in with the same email address as your online site main membership registration.
A2-2. Please try again after some time with the correct password.

Q3. The lottery entry button is not displayed.
A3. The entry button will appear when you set push notifications to "on."

Q4. The app won't open, crashes immediately, or I can't proceed to lottery entry, etc.
A4. Please try restarting your device, uninstalling and reinstalling the app after some time.
Alternatively, updating your device's version to the latest may resolve the issue.

Q5. The lottery entry button is not responding.
A5. If the iOS version of your device is old, an error may occur where the lottery application button does not respond.
To enter, you need to update your iOS version to the latest. Please back up your data and
update after checking the compatibility with other apps you are using.
