＜How to participate in the WEB lottery＞
*An application period will be set for each WEB lottery.*
*Membership registration is required to participate. Please log in.
1) We will send "Entry Guidance" via push notification.
*Please ensure push notifications are "On." If they are off, you will not be able to proceed with entry.
2) Follow the instructions in the push notification to navigate to the entry page.
*The "Enter" button will appear from the entry start time. (You cannot enter outside the entry period.)
3) Log in as a member using your registered email address and password.
4) Select your "Desired Size" and tap "Enter."
*Please note that size changes cannot be made after entry.
5) Please confirm the "Product Purchase Terms and Conditions."
*Only those who agree can participate in the lottery.
This completes your entry.
6) Once you receive a winning notification, please proceed with "Order Procedure."
*After winning, a time limit for purchase is set, so please complete payment within the allotted time. Please note that if you exceed the time limit, your order will be automatically canceled.
7) After entering payment information, tap "Confirm Order."
*Only credit card payments are accepted.
*At the time of purchase, cash on delivery can be selected, but purchases made via cash on delivery will be automatically canceled.
*After completing your entry, regardless of whether your order is confirmed, you cannot withdraw your application, cancel your order, or change your order information (e.g., address, size).

＜About Winner/Waitlist/Loser Notifications＞
Notifications will only be sent via app push notifications.
*Delivery times will be set for each lottery.
*Please make sure push notifications are "On."
The initial lottery results will include three types of notifications: "Winner," "Loser," and "Waitlist."
Please see below for details.
1) Winner
If you win the lottery, you will receive a notification via push notification.
You can check notifications from the app's notification tab.
When you open the winning notification, a payment screen will appear.
Please proceed with payment according to the on-screen instructions.
In addition, a time limit for payment is set for each lottery product.
This time limit is displayed with a timer on the screen when you open the winning notification.
If you exceed the time limit, you will lose your right to purchase, and your order will be automatically canceled, so please complete payment by then.
*No extensions will be granted for expired payment times.
2) Waitlist Winner
A waitlist winner refers to a "waitlist slot that arises when a re-lottery is conducted for remaining winning slots
due to automatic cancellations caused by initial winners' payment deadlines expiring."
If you are on the waitlist, you will receive a notification via push notification.
*A waitlist notification is not a formal winning notification.
*Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a win, so purchase is not guaranteed.
*Re-lottery for waitlist winners and notification of winners/losers will only occur if cancellations arise from the initial lottery.
*The re-lottery will be conducted randomly on the day of sale, after the initial lottery has concluded, depending on the cancellation status.
Therefore, due to system constraints and the re-lottery situation, we cannot determine the exact time on the day of the sale when the promotion notification will be sent.
- If promoted to winner after re-lottery
You will receive a formal winning push notification.
The payment time limit after winning will be the original time limit set for that product.
Please note that if you exceed the time limit, you will lose your right to purchase and your order will be automatically canceled.
- If you lose after re-lottery
Waitlist winners who do not receive a promotion notification after the re-lottery has concluded will receive a losing push notification.
The exact time on the day when the losing notification will be sent cannot be determined due to the re-lottery situation and system constraints.
3) Loser
You will receive a losing notification via push notification.
If you receive a losing notification, unfortunately, you will not be able to purchase the product.

＜Prohibited Actions＞
*Refunds, returns, or size exchanges after purchase are not accepted under any circumstances.
*For initial defects after delivery, we will only issue a refund.
*If we determine that an act is fraudulent, such as applying for multiple sizes, multiple times, outside the application period, or for the purpose of bulk purchase, we may exclude you from future lotteries and invalidate your account without prior notice, regardless of the reason.

Q1. Cannot register as a new member on the app.
A1. You cannot register as a new member using an email address already subscribed to the online site's newsletter.
Please register with a different email address.
If you wish to log in with an email address subscribed to the newsletter, you will need to complete the full member registration process below on the online site.

1. Tap the menu button in the top right corner.
2. Tap "My account."
3. Tap "Create account."
4. Fill in the required fields on the new member registration screen → "Register."

5. You will receive an email from our store at the registered address with the subject "Activate your customer account."
6. Tap "Activate your account" to complete registration.
7. Return to the app and log in with the above information.
Q2. Cannot log in to the app.
A2-1. Please log in using the same email address as your online site full member registration.
A2-2. Please wait some time and try again with the correct password.
Q3. The lottery entry button is not displayed.
A3. The entry button will appear when you set push notifications to "On."
Q4. The app won't open, crashes immediately, or I can't proceed to lottery entry, etc.

A5. If your device's iOS version is old, an error may occur where the lottery application button is unresponsive.
