＜How to participate in the web lottery＞
*An application period is set for each web lottery.*
*Membership registration is required to participate. Please log in.
１）We will send a "Notice of Entry" via push notification.
*Please be sure to set push notifications to "On". Please note that if they are off, you will not be able to proceed with your entry.
２）Please follow the instructions in the push notification and proceed to the entry page.
*The "Enter" button will be displayed at the start of the entry period. (Entries cannot be made outside the entry period.)
３）Please log in with your registered email address and password.
４）Select your "Desired size" and tap "Enter".
*You cannot change your size after entering. Please be aware of this in advance.
５）Please confirm the "Product Purchase Terms and Conditions".
*Only those who agree can participate in the lottery.
This completes your entry.
６）Once you receive a winning notification, please proceed with "Order Procedure".
*After winning, there is a time limit for purchase, so please be sure to complete payment within the allotted time. Please note that if the time limit is exceeded, your order will be automatically canceled.

*If we determine that an entry constitutes fraudulent behavior, such as multiple sizes, multiple entries, entries outside the application period, or entries for the purpose of bulk purchasing, we reserve the right to exclude you from future lotteries and invalidate your account without prior notice, regardless of the reason.

Q1. Cannot register as a new member on the app
A1. You cannot register as a new member with an email address that is already registered for our online site's newsletter. Please use a different email address to register. If you wish to log in with an email address already registered for the newsletter, you will need to complete the following main member registration process on the online site.
-Steps-
１. Tap the top right menu button
２. Tap My account
３. Tap Create account
４. Fill in the required information on the new member registration screen → "Register"
*Enter the email address subscribed to the newsletter
５. You will receive an email from our store at the registered address with the subject "Activate your customer account."
６. Tap "Activate account" to complete registration.
７. Return to the app and log in with the information above.
Q2. Cannot log in to the app
A2-1. Please log in with the same email address as your online site main member registration.
A2-2. Please wait a moment and try again with the correct password.
Q3. The lottery entry button is not displayed
A3. The entry button will be displayed when you set push notifications to "On".
Q4. The app won't open, crashes immediately, or cannot proceed to lottery entry, etc.
A4. Please wait a moment and try restarting your device, uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Alternatively, updating your device's version to the latest may resolve the issue.
Q5. The lottery entry button does not respond
A5. If the iOS version of your device is old, an error may occur where the lottery application button does not respond. To enter, you will need to update your iOS version to the latest. Please back up your data and check the compatibility of other apps you are using before updating.
