＜What is a Waitlist Entry?＞
A waitlist entry refers to a spot that becomes available when an initial winner's payment deadline expires, resulting in an automatic cancellation, and a re-drawing is conducted for the remaining winning slots.

＜How to Participate in the Web Lottery＞
*An application period will be set for each web lottery.*
*Membership registration is required to participate. Please log in.
１）We will send an "Entry Guide" via push notification.
*Please ensure push notifications are set to "Notifications On". If they are off, you will not be able to proceed with your entry.
２）Follow the instructions in the push notification to navigate to the entry page.
*The "Enter" button will appear from the entry start time. (You cannot enter outside the entry period.)
３）Log in as a member using your registered email address and password.
４）Select your "Desired Size" and tap "Enter."
*Please note that you cannot change your size after entering.
５）Please confirm the "Product Purchase Terms and Conditions."
*Only those who agree can participate in the lottery.
Your entry is now complete.
６）Once you receive a winning notification, please "Proceed to Order."
*If you win, there is a time limit for purchase, so please complete payment within the allotted time. If you exceed the time limit, your order will be automatically cancelled.
７）After entering payment information, tap "Confirm Order."
*Payment is accepted only by credit card.

＜About Winning/Waitlist/Losing Notifications＞
Notifications will be sent only via app push notifications.
*Delivery times will be set for each drawing.
*Please ensure push notifications are set to "Notifications On."
The initial drawing results will be classified into three types: "Winning," "Losing," and "Waitlist."
Please see below for details.
１）Winning
If you win the lottery, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
Notifications can be checked from the app's notification tab.
When you open the winning notification, a payment screen will appear, so please proceed with payment according to the on-screen instructions.
In addition, each lottery product has a time limit set for completing payment.
This time limit is displayed with a timer on the screen when you open the winning notification.
If you exceed the time limit, you will lose the right to purchase and your order will be automatically cancelled, so please complete payment before then.

２）Waitlist
A waitlist entry refers to a spot that becomes available when an initial winner's payment deadline expires, resulting in an automatic cancellation, and a re-drawing is conducted for the remaining winning slots.
If you are on the waitlist, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
*A waitlist notification is not an official winning notification.
*Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a win, so purchase is not guaranteed.
*Re-drawings among waitlisted entrants will only occur if cancellations happen in the initial drawing, determining winners/losers.
*Re-drawings will be conducted randomly on the release day, after the initial drawing concludes and depending on cancellation status.
Therefore, due to system limitations and the status of the re-drawing, we cannot inform you of the exact time on that day when you might receive a promotion to winner notification.
- If promoted to winner after re-drawing
You will receive an official winning push notification.
The payment time limit after winning will be the time limit originally set for that product.
Please note that if you exceed the time limit, you will lose the right to purchase and your order will be automatically cancelled.
- If you lose after re-drawing
Waitlisted entrants who do not receive a promotion to winner notification after the re-drawing concludes will be sent a losing push notification.
The timing of the losing notification is also subject to the re-drawing status and system availability, so we cannot inform you of the exact time on that day when it will be sent.
３）Losing
If you lose, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
If you receive a losing notification, unfortunately, you will not be able to purchase the product.

Q1. I cannot register as a new member on the app.
A1. You cannot register as a new member with an email address that is already registered for our online site's newsletter.

A2-1. Please log in with the same email address used for your main membership registration on the online site.
A2-2. Please try again later with the correct password.
Q3. The lottery entry button is not displayed.
A3. The entry button will be displayed by setting push notifications to "Notifications On."
Q4. The app won't open, crashes immediately, or I can't proceed to lottery entry, etc.
A4. Please try again after some time, restart your device, or uninstall and reinstall the app.
Alternatively, updating your device's version to the latest may resolve the issue.
Q5. The lottery entry button is unresponsive.
A5. If the iOS version of your device is old, an error may occur where the lottery application button does not respond.
