1) We will send "Entry Guidance" via push notification.
*Please be sure to set push notifications to "On". If they are off, you will not be able to proceed with entry.

2) Follow the instructions in the push notification to move to the entry page.
*The "Enter" button will appear from the entry start time. (You cannot enter outside the entry period.)

3) Log in as a member using your registered email address and password.

4) Select "Desired Size" and tap "Enter".
*Size changes are not possible after entry. Please be aware of this in advance.

5) Please confirm the "Product Purchase Terms".
*Only those who agree can participate in the lottery.

This completes your entry.

6) If you receive a winning notification, please proceed with "Order Procedure".
*After winning, there is a time limit for purchase, so please be sure to complete payment within the specified time. Please note that exceeding the time limit will result in automatic cancellation.

7) After entering payment information, tap "Confirm Order".
*Only credit card payments are accepted.
*Please note that purchases made via cash on delivery will be automatically canceled.
*After completing entry, regardless of whether the order is confirmed, withdrawal of entry, order cancellation, and changes to order information (address change, size change, etc.)
are not possible. Please be very careful when entering your order information.



Notifications will only be sent via app push notifications.
*Delivery times will be set for each lottery.
*Please be sure to set push notifications to "On".

There are three types of initial lottery result notifications: "Winning", "Losing", and "Waitlist".
Please check the details below.

1) Winning
If you win the lottery, you will receive a notification via push notification.
You can check notifications from the app's notification tab.
When you open the winning notification, a payment screen will be displayed,
Please proceed with payment according to the instructions on the screen.
In addition, each lottery product has a time limit set for completing payment.
This time limit is displayed with a timer on the screen when you open the winning notification.
If the time limit is exceeded, you will lose the right to purchase and the order will be automatically canceled, so please make your payment before then.
*No extensions will be granted for expired payment times.

2) Waitlist
A waitlist entry refers to a "waitlist entry for a re-lottery conducted for remaining winning slots due to automatic cancellations from initial winners failing to complete payment within the deadline."

If you are on the waitlist, you will receive a notification via push notification.
*The waitlist notification is not a formal winning notification.
*Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a win, so purchase is not guaranteed.

*A re-lottery will only be conducted among waitlisted entries to determine winners/losers if cancellations occur during the initial lottery.
*The re-lottery will be conducted randomly on the day of sale after the initial lottery ends, depending on the cancellation status.
Therefore, we cannot inform you of the exact time on the day when the elevated winning notification will be sent, due to system constraints.

-If you are elevated to a winner after the re-lottery
You will receive a formal winning push notification.
The payment time limit after winning will be the time limit originally set for that product.
Please note that if the time limit is exceeded, you will lose the right to purchase and the order will be automatically canceled.

-If you lose after the re-lottery
Waitlisted participants who do not receive an elevated winning notification after the re-lottery ends will receive a losing push notification.
The timing of losing notifications also depends on the re-lottery status and system constraints, so we cannot inform you of the exact time on the day when the notification will be sent.

3) Losing
If you lose, you will receive a notification via push notification.
If you receive a losing notification, unfortunately, you will not be able to purchase the product.


・Please log in to the app with the same email address used for full membership registration at the Forget-me-nots online store.
・Entry does not guarantee purchase.
・Payment is by credit card only. Also, withdrawal of entry, order cancellation, and changes to order information (address change, size change, etc.) are not possible after completing the entry. Please be very careful when entering your order information.
・Access may be concentrated, leading to temporary connection difficulties or disconnections. Please understand.
・This is not a first-come, first-served reception. The probability of winning remains the same regardless of when you apply during the entry period.
・There will be no in-store lottery sales whatsoever. Please understand that we cannot answer inquiries at stores.



*No refunds, returns, or size exchanges will be accepted after purchase.
*Initial defects after delivery will be handled by refund only.
*If we determine that fraudulent activity has occurred, such as multiple sizes, multiple entries, entries outside the application period, or entries for the purpose of bulk purchase, we reserve the right to exclude you from future lotteries and invalidate your account without prior notice, regardless of the reason.

Q1. Cannot register as a new member on the app.
A1. You cannot register as a new member with an email address that is already subscribed to the online site's newsletter.
Please register with a different email address.
If you wish to log in with an email address subscribed to the newsletter, you need to complete the following full member registration process on the online site.

-Steps-
1. Tap the menu button in the upper right.
2. Tap "My account".
3. Tap "Create account".
4. Fill in the required fields on the new member registration screen → "Register"
　　*Enter the email address subscribed to the newsletter.
5. You will receive an email from our store at the registered address with the subject "Activate your customer account".
6. Tap "Activate account" to complete registration.
7. Return to the app and log in with the information above.

Q2. Cannot log in to the app.
A2-1. Please log in with the same email address used for full membership registration on the online site.
A2-2. Please try again after some time, using the correct password.

Q3. The lottery entry button is not displayed.
A3. The entry button will be displayed by setting push notifications to "On".

Q4. The app won't open, crashes immediately, or I can't proceed to lottery entry, etc.
A4. Please try again after some time, restarting your device, uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
Alternatively, updating your device to the latest version may resolve the issue.

Q5. The lottery entry button does not respond.
A5. If the iOS version of your device is old, an error may occur where the lottery application button does not respond.
To enter, you will need to update your iOS version to the latest. Please back up your data and check the compatibility of other apps you are using before updating.
