*A re-lottery will be conducted among alternate winners only if cancellations occur in the initial lottery, and winners/losers will be decided.
*The re-lottery will be conducted randomly on the day of sale, after the initial lottery has ended and depending on the cancellation status.
Therefore, please understand that due to system constraints, we cannot inform you of the exact time on the day when the upgrade to winner notification will be sent.
＜What is an alternate winner?＞
This refers to an alternate winning slot in cases where a re-lottery is conducted for remaining winning slots due to automatic cancellation from initial winners failing to pay by the deadline.
*Winning is not guaranteed at the alternate winning stage, so purchase is not guaranteed.

＜How to participate in the WEB lottery＞
*An application period will be set for each WEB lottery.*
*Membership registration is required to participate. Please log in.
1) We will send a "Lottery Entry Guide" via push notification.
*Please be sure to set push notifications to "ON". Please note that if they are off, you will not be able to proceed with the entry.
2) Follow the instructions in the push notification to move to the entry page.
*The "Enter" button will be displayed from the entry start time. (You cannot enter outside the entry period.)
3) Log in as a member using your registered email address and password.
4) Select your "Desired size" and tap "Enter".
*You cannot change the size after entry. Please be aware of this in advance.
5) Please confirm the "Product Purchase Terms".
*Only those who agree can participate in the lottery.
This completes your entry.
6) Once you receive a winning notification, please proceed with "Order Processing".
*After winning, there is a time limit for purchase, so please make sure to complete the payment within the time limit. Please note that if you exceed the time limit, your order will be automatically canceled.
7) After entering your payment information, tap "Confirm Order".
*Payment methods are limited to credit cards.
*Please note that purchases made by cash on delivery will be automatically canceled.
*After completing your entry, regardless of whether your order is confirmed, you cannot decline your application, cancel your order, or change your order information (address change, size change, etc.).

＜About winning/alternate winning/losing notifications＞
Notifications will be sent only via app push notifications.
*Delivery times will be set for each lottery.
*Please be sure to set push notifications to "ON".
There are three types of initial lottery result notifications: "Winning", "Losing", and "Alternate Winning".
Please see below for details.
1) Winning
If you win the lottery, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
You can check notifications from the app's notification tab.
When you open the winning notification, a payment screen will be displayed, so please follow the on-screen instructions to make your payment.
In addition, each lottery product has a time limit for making payment.
This time limit is displayed with a timer on the screen when you open the winning notification.
If you exceed the time limit, you will lose the right to purchase and your order will be automatically canceled, so please make your payment before then.
*No extensions will be granted for expired payment times.
2) Alternate Winning
Alternate winning refers to an alternate winning slot in cases where a re-lottery is conducted for remaining winning slots due to automatic cancellation from initial winners failing to pay by the deadline.
If you are an alternate winner, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
*The alternate winner notification is not an official winning notification.
*Alternate winning does not guarantee purchase, as winning is not yet confirmed.
*A re-lottery will be conducted among alternate winners only if cancellations occur in the initial lottery, and winners/losers will be decided.
*The re-lottery will be conducted randomly on the day of sale, after the initial lottery has ended and depending on the cancellation status.
Therefore, due to the re-lottery status and system constraints, we cannot inform you of the exact time on the day when the upgrade to winner notification will be sent.
- If you are upgraded to a winner after the re-lottery
You will receive an official winning push notification.
The original time limit set for the product will apply to the payment after winning.
Please note that if you exceed the time limit, you will lose the right to purchase and your order will be automatically canceled.
- If you lose after the re-lottery
Alternate winners who do not receive an upgrade to winner notification after the re-lottery has ended will be sent a losing push notification.
The time of the losing notification cannot be determined on the day due to the re-lottery status and system constraints.
3) Losing
If you lose, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
If you receive a losing notification, unfortunately, you will not be able to purchase the product.

＜Prohibited Actions＞
*No refunds, returns, or size exchanges will be accepted after purchase.
*For initial defects after delivery, all will be handled by refund.
*If we determine that multiple sizes, multiple entries, entries outside the application period, or entries for the purpose of bulk purchasing are fraudulent, regardless of the reason, you may be excluded from future lotteries and your account may be invalidated without prior notice.

Q1. Cannot register as a new member on the app.
A1. You cannot register as a new member with an email address that is already subscribed to the online site's newsletter.
Please register with a different email address.
If you wish to log in with an email address subscribed to the newsletter, you need to complete the following main member registration process on the online site.
-Steps-
1. Tap the menu button in the upper right.
2. Tap My account.
3. Tap Create account.
4. Fill in the required information on the new member registration screen → "Register".
*Enter the email address subscribed to the newsletter.
5. You will receive an email from our store at the registered address with the subject "Activate your customer account".
6. Tap "Activate account" to complete registration.
7. Return to the app and log in with the above information.
Q2. Cannot log in to the app.
A2-1. Please log in with the same email address used for your online site main member registration.
A2-2. Please wait a while and try again with the correct password.
Q3. The lottery entry button is not displayed.
A3. The entry button will be displayed by setting push notifications to "ON".
Q4. The app won't open, crashes immediately / cannot proceed with lottery entry, etc.
A4. Please wait a while and try restarting your device, uninstalling and re-downloading the app.
Alternatively, updating your device to the latest version may resolve the issue.
Q5. The lottery entry button does not respond.
A5. If your device's iOS version is old, an error may occur where the lottery application button does not respond.
To enter, you need to update your iOS version to the latest. Please back up your data and check the compatibility of other apps you are using before updating.
