■Re-lottery for Waitlisted Entries / Notification of Elevated Winner/Loser

*A re-lottery will only be conducted among waitlisted entries to determine winners/losers if cancellations occur in the initial lottery.
*The re-lottery will be conducted randomly on the day of sale, after the initial lottery has concluded, depending on the cancellation status.
Therefore, please understand that due to system constraints, we cannot inform you of the exact time you will receive an elevated winner notification on that day.
＜What is a waitlisted entry?＞
A waitlisted entry is a reserved spot for a re-lottery that occurs when remaining winning slots become available due to automatic cancellations after the payment deadline for initial winners has expired.
*Being waitlisted does not guarantee a win, so purchase is not guaranteed at this stage.

＜How to participate in the WEB lottery＞
*An application period will be set for each WEB lottery.*
*Membership registration is required to participate. Please log in.
1) We will send an "Entry Guide" via push notification.
*Please ensure push notifications are set to "on." Please note that you cannot proceed to entry if they are off.
2) Follow the instructions in the push notification to navigate to the entry page.
*The "Enter" button will be displayed from the entry start time. (Entries cannot be made outside the entry period.)
3) Log in using your registered email address and password.
4) Select your "Desired Size" and tap "Enter."
*Please note that size changes cannot be made after entry.
5) Please confirm the "Product Purchase Terms and Conditions."
*Only those who agree can participate in the lottery.
This completes your entry.
6) Once you receive a winning notification, please "Proceed to Order."
*After winning, a time limit for purchase will be set, so please be sure to complete payment within the allotted time. Please note that your order will be automatically canceled if the time limit is exceeded.
7) After entering your payment information, tap "Confirm Order."
*Payment is accepted by credit card only.
*Please note that purchases made via cash on delivery will be automatically canceled.
*Regardless of whether the order is finalized after entry, you cannot withdraw your application, cancel your order, or change your order information (e.g., address, size).

＜About Winner/Waitlist/Loser Notifications＞
Notifications will be sent only via app push notifications.
*Delivery times will be set for each lottery.
*Please ensure push notifications are set to "on."
The results of the initial lottery will be categorized into three types: "Winner," "Loser," and "Waitlist."
Please refer to the details below.
1) Winner
If you win the lottery, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
You can check the notification from the app's notification tab.
When you open the winning notification, a payment screen will appear, so please proceed with the payment according to the instructions on the screen.
Additionally, each lottery product has a time limit set for completing the payment.
This time limit is displayed with a timer on the screen where the winning notification is opened.
If the time limit is exceeded, you will lose the right to purchase, and your order will be automatically canceled, so please make your payment before then.
*No extensions will be granted for payment deadlines.
2) Waitlist
A waitlisted entry is a reserved spot for a re-lottery that occurs when remaining winning slots become available due to automatic cancellations after the payment deadline for initial winners has expired.
If you are waitlisted, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
*A waitlist notification is not an official winning notification.
*Being waitlisted does not guarantee a win, so purchase is not guaranteed.
*A re-lottery will only be conducted among waitlisted entries to determine winners/losers if cancellations occur in the initial lottery.
*The re-lottery will be conducted randomly on the day of sale, after the initial lottery has concluded, depending on the cancellation status.
Therefore, due to system constraints and the re-lottery situation, we cannot inform you of the exact time you will receive an elevated winner notification on that day.
-If you are elevated to a winner after the re-lottery
You will receive an official winning push notification.
The payment time limit after winning will be the time limit originally set for that product.
Please note that if the time limit is exceeded, you will lose the right to purchase and your order will be automatically canceled.
-If you lose after the re-lottery
Waitlisted entries who do not receive an elevated winner notification after the re-lottery has concluded will be sent a losing push notification.
The exact time of the losing notification is also subject to the re-lottery situation and system constraints, so we cannot inform you of the exact time the notification will be sent on that day.
3) Loser
A losing notification will be sent along with a push notification.
Unfortunately, if you receive a losing notification, you will not be able to purchase the product.

＜Prohibited Actions＞
*No refunds, returns, or size exchanges will be accepted after purchase.
*In the event of initial defects after delivery, all issues will be handled with a refund.
*If we determine that an application involves fraudulent activity, such as multiple sizes, multiple entries, entries outside the acceptance period, or entries for the purpose of bulk purchase, we reserve the right to exclude the applicant from future lotteries and invalidate their account without prior notice, regardless of the reason.

The personal information you register may be used to send you information about new products, sales, and other company updates in the future.

Q1. Cannot register as a new member on the app.
A1. New member registration is not possible with an email address that is already registered for newsletter subscriptions on the online site.
Please register with a different email address.
If you wish to log in with an email address registered for newsletter subscriptions, you will need to complete the main membership registration process on the online site as follows:

1. Tap the menu button on the top right.
2. Tap "My account."
3. Tap "Create account."
4. Fill in the required information on the new member registration screen → "Register"
*Enter the email address subscribed to the newsletter.
5. You will receive an email from our store at the registered address with the subject "Activate your customer account."
6. Tap "Activate account" to complete the registration.
7. Return to the app and log in with the details above.
Q2. Cannot log in to the app.
A2-1. Please try logging in with the same email address used for your online site main membership registration.
A2-2. Please try again later with the correct password.
Q3. The lottery entry button is not displayed.
A3. The entry button will appear when push notifications are set to "on."
Q4. The app won't open, crashes immediately, or I can't proceed to lottery entry, etc.
A4. Please try restarting your device, uninstalling, and then re-downloading the app after some time.
Alternatively, updating your device's operating system to the latest version may resolve the issue.
Q5. The lottery entry button is not responding.
A5. If your device's iOS version is old, an error may occur where the lottery application button does not respond.
To enter, you will need to update your iOS version to the latest. Please ensure you back up your data and check the compatibility with other apps you are using before updating.
