Therefore, please understand that due to system limitations, we cannot inform you of the exact time on the day when a deferred win notification might be received.
＜What is a waitlist win?＞
A waitlist win is for remaining winning slots when a re-lottery is conducted due to automatic cancellations from expired payment deadlines of initial winners.
※A waitlist win does not guarantee a purchase as it is not a confirmed win at that point.

＜How to participate in the WEB lottery＞
※An application period will be set for each WEB lottery※
※Membership registration is required to participate. Please log in.
１）We will send an "Entry Guide" via push notification.
※Please ensure that push notifications are "on." If they are off, you will not be able to proceed with your entry.
２）Follow the instructions in the push notification to proceed to the entry page.
※The "Enter" button will be displayed from the entry start time. (You cannot enter outside the entry period.)
３）Log in as a member using your registered email address and password.
４）Select your "Desired size" and tap "Enter."
※Size changes cannot be made after entry. Please be aware of this.
５）Please confirm the "Product Purchase Terms and Conditions."
※Only those who agree will be able to participate in the lottery.

６）Once you receive a winning notification, please proceed with the "Order process."

＜About winning, waitlist, or loss notifications＞
Notifications will only be sent via app push notifications.
※Delivery times will be set for each lottery.

The initial lottery result notifications will be of three types: "Win," "Loss," and "Waitlist Win."

１）Win
If you win the lottery, you will receive a notification via push notification.
You can check notifications from the app's notification tab.
When you open the winning notification, a payment screen will appear, so please make the payment according to the instructions on the screen.
Additionally, a time limit is set for each lottery product to complete the payment.
This time limit is displayed with a timer on the screen when you open the winning notification.
If the time limit is exceeded, you will lose the right to purchase, and the order will be automatically canceled, so please make the payment within that time.
※No extensions will be granted for expired payment times.
２）Waitlist Win
A waitlist win means "a waitlist slot when a re-lottery is conducted for remaining winning slots due to automatic cancellations from expired payment deadlines of initial winners."
If you receive a waitlist win, you will receive a notification via push notification.
※A waitlist win notification is not a formal winning notification.
※A waitlist win is not a confirmed win, so a purchase cannot be guaranteed.
※Re-lottery among waitlist winners will only occur if cancellations arise from the initial lottery, determining a winner or loser.
※The re-lottery will be conducted randomly on the release day, after the initial lottery concludes, depending on the cancellation status.
Therefore, due to system limitations, we cannot inform you of the exact time on the day when a deferred win notification might be received.
-If you win after the re-lottery (deferred win)
You will receive a formal winning push notification.
The payment time limit after winning will be the original time limit set for that product.
Please note that if the time limit is exceeded, you will lose the right to purchase, and the order will be automatically canceled.
-If you lose after the re-lottery
At the end of the re-lottery, waitlist winners who did not receive a deferred win notification will be sent a loss push notification.
We also cannot inform you of the exact time on the day when a loss notification might be sent due to the re-lottery status and system limitations.
３）Loss
If you lose, you will receive a notification via push notification.
Unfortunately, if you receive a loss notification, you will not be able to purchase the product.

※No refunds, returns, or size exchanges will be accepted after purchase.
※All initial defects after delivery will be handled by refund.
※If we determine that an act is fraudulent, such as applying for multiple sizes, multiple times, outside the application period, or with the intent of bulk purchase, we reserve the right to exclude the applicant from future lotteries and invalidate their account without prior notice, regardless of the reason.

Q1. I cannot register as a new member on the app.
A1. You cannot register as a new member with an email address already subscribed to the online site's newsletter.
Please register with a different email address.
If you wish to log in with an email address subscribed to the newsletter, you need to complete the full member registration process on the online site as follows:

１、Tap the menu button in the upper right corner.
２、Tap My account.
３、Tap Create account.
４、Fill in the required fields on the new member registration screen → "Register"

５、You will receive an email from our store at the registered address with the subject "Activate your customer account."
６、Tap "Activate account" to complete registration.
７、Return to the app and log in with the above information.
Q2. I cannot log in to the app.
A2-1. Please log in with the same email address used for your online site full member registration.
A2-2. Please try again after some time with the correct password.
Q3. The lottery entry button is not displayed.
A3. The entry button will appear when you set push notifications to "on."
Q4. The app won't open, crashes immediately, or I can't proceed to lottery entry, etc.
A4. Please try restarting your device, uninstalling and re-downloading the app after some time.
Alternatively, updating your device to the latest version may resolve the issue.
Q5. The lottery entry button is unresponsive.
A5. If your device's iOS version is old, an error may occur where the lottery application button is unresponsive.
To enter, you will need to update your iOS version to the latest. Please back up your data and check the compatibility with other apps you use before updating.
