＜What is the Waitlist?＞
This refers to the waitlist spots that are re-lotteried for remaining winning slotsdue to automatic cancellations caused by initial winners failing to pay by the deadline.

＜How to Participate in the WEB Lottery＞
*An application period will be set for each WEB lottery.*
*Membership registration is required to participate. Please log in.
1) We will send an "Entry Guide" via push notification.
*Please be sure to set push notifications to "On". Please note that if they are off, you will not be able to proceed with entry.
2) Follow the instructions in the push notification to navigate to the entry page.
*The "Enter" button will appear from the entry start time. (You cannot enter outside the entry period.)
3) Log in as a member using your registered email address and password.
4) Select your "Desired Size" and tap "Enter".
*Size changes cannot be made after entry. Please be aware of this in advance.
5) Please confirm the "Product Purchase Terms".
*Only those who agree can participate in the lottery.
This completes your entry.
6) Once you receive a winning notification, please proceed with "Order Procedure".
*If you win, there will be a time limit for purchase, so please be sure to complete payment within the allotted time. Please note that your order will be automatically canceled if the time limit is exceeded.
7) After entering your payment information, tap "Confirm Order".
*We only accept credit card payments.
*Cash on delivery can be selected at the time of purchase, but purchases made with cash on delivery will be automatically canceled. Please be aware of this.

＜About Winner/Waitlist/Loss Notifications＞
Notifications will only be sent via app push notifications.
*Delivery times will be set for each lottery.
*Please be sure to set push notifications to "On".
The initial lottery results will be one of three types: "Winner", "Loss", and "Waitlist".
Please see below for details.
1) Winner
If you win the lottery, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
You can check the notification from the app's notification tab.
When you open the winning notification, a screen for making payment will appear.
Please proceed with payment according to the on-screen instructions.
Additionally, each lottery product has a time limit for completing payment.
This time limit is displayed with a timer on the screen when you open the winning notification.
If the time limit is exceeded, you will lose the right to purchase, and your order will be automatically canceled, so please make payment before then.

2) Waitlist
A waitlist refers to "waitlist spots that are re-lotteried for remaining winning slots
due to automatic cancellations caused by initial winners failing to pay by the deadline."
If you are on the waitlist, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
*A waitlist notification is not an official winning notification.
*Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a win, so purchase is not guaranteed.
*A re-lottery will be conducted among waitlist winners, and winners/losers will be decided only if cancellations occur in the initial lottery.
*The re-lottery will be conducted randomly on the release day, depending on the cancellation status, after the initial lottery has concluded.

-If you are elevated to a winner after the re-lottery
You will receive an official winning push notification.
The payment time limit after winning will be the time limit originally set for that product.
Please note that if the time limit is exceeded, you will lose the right to purchase and your order will be automatically canceled.
-If you are not selected after the re-lottery
Waitlist participants who are not elevated to winners after the re-lottery will receive a push notification of loss.
Please note that due to the status of the re-lottery and system limitations, we cannot inform you of the exact time on the day when loss notifications will be sent.
3) Loss
If you do not win, you will receive a notification along with a push notification.
If you receive a loss notification, unfortunately, you will not be able to purchase the product.

＜Prohibited Actions＞
*No refunds, returns, or size exchanges will be accepted after purchase.
*For initial defects after delivery, we will only issue a refund.
*If we determine that an act is fraudulent, such as applying for multiple sizes, multiple times, outside the application period, or for the purpose of bulk purchase, we reserve the right to exclude you from future lotteries and invalidate your account without prior notice, regardless of the reason.

Q1. Cannot register as a new member on the app
A1. You cannot register as a new member using an email address that is already subscribed to the online site's newsletter.
Please register with a different email address.
If you wish to log in with an email address already subscribed to the newsletter, you will need to complete the main member registration process on the online site as follows:
-Steps-
1. Tap the menu button in the top right
2. Tap My account
3. Tap Create account
4. Fill in the required fields on the new member registration screen → "Register"
*Enter the email address subscribed to the newsletter
5. You will receive an email from our store at the registered address with the subject line "Activate your customer account."
6. Tap "Activate account" to complete registration.
7. Return to the app and log in with the information above.
Q2. Cannot log in to the app
A2-1. Please log in using the same email address as your online site main member registration.
A2-2. Please wait a moment and try again with the correct password.
Q3. The lottery entry button does not appear
A3. The entry button will appear when push notifications are set to "On".
Q4. The app won't open, crashes immediately / Cannot proceed to lottery entry, etc.
A4. Please wait a moment, then try restarting your device, uninstalling and re-downloading the app.
Alternatively, updating your device's operating system to the latest version may resolve the issue.
Q5. The lottery entry button is unresponsive
A5. If the iOS version of your device is old, an error may occur where the lottery application button is unresponsive.
To enter, you will need to update your iOS version to the latest. Please back up your data and
check compatibility with other apps you are using before updating.
