＜How to participate in the WEB lottery＞
*An application period will be set for each WEB lottery.*
*Membership registration is required to participate. Please log in.
１）We will send an "Entry Guide" via push notification.
*Please make sure to turn on push notifications. If they are off, you will not be able to proceed with the entry.
２）Please follow the instructions in the push notification to navigate to the entry page.
*The "Enter" button will appear at the entry start time. (You cannot enter outside the entry period.)
３）Please log in as a member using your registered email address and password.
４）Select your "Desired size" and tap "Enter."
*Please note that size changes cannot be made after entry.
５）Please confirm the "Product Purchase Terms and Conditions."
*Only those who agree can participate in the lottery.
This completes your entry.
６）Once you receive a winning notification, please proceed with "Order Processing."
*After winning, there is a time limit for purchase, so please be sure to complete payment within the time limit. Please note that exceeding the time limit will result in automatic cancellation.
７）After entering payment information, tap "Confirm Order."
*Only credit card payment is accepted.

＜About winner/waitlist winner/non-winner notifications＞
Notifications will only be sent via app push notifications.
*Delivery times will be set for each lottery.
*Please make sure to turn on push notifications.
The initial lottery results will include three types of notifications: "Winner," "Non-winner," and "Waitlist winner."
Please see below for details.
１）Winner
If you win the lottery, you will receive a notification via push notification.
Notifications can be checked from the notification tab in the app.
When you open the winning notification, a payment screen will appear.
Please proceed with payment according to the instructions on the screen.
In addition, each lottery product has a time limit for payment.
This time limit is displayed with a timer on the screen when you open the winning notification.
If you exceed the time limit, you will lose the right to purchase and your order will be automatically canceled, so please complete payment within that time.

２）Waitlist Winner
A waitlist winner means "a waitlist spot created when a re-lottery is conducted for remaining winning slots
due to automatic cancellations after initial winners' payment deadlines expire."
If you are a waitlist winner, you will receive a notification via push notification.
*Waitlist winner notifications are not official winning notifications.
*Being a waitlist winner does not guarantee a win, so purchase is not guaranteed.
*Only if cancellations occur in the initial lottery will a re-lottery be conducted among waitlist winners to determine winners/non-winners.
*The re-lottery will be conducted randomly on the day of sale, after the initial lottery ends and depending on the cancellation status.
Therefore, we cannot determine the exact time you will receive a waitlist winner notification due to system constraints.
-If you are promoted to a winner after the re-lottery
You will receive an official winning push notification.
The payment time limit after winning will be the original time limit set for that product.
Please note that if you exceed the time limit, you will lose the right to purchase and your order will be automatically canceled.
-If you are a non-winner after the re-lottery
At the end of the re-lottery, waitlist winners who did not receive a winning notification will be sent a non-winner push notification.
Please note that the time of non-winner notifications cannot be determined on the day due to the re-lottery status and system constraints.
３）Non-Winner
Non-winners will receive a notification via push notification.
If you receive a non-winner notification, unfortunately, you will not be able to purchase the product.

＜Prohibited actions＞
*No refunds, returns, or size exchanges will be accepted after purchase.
*Initial defects after delivery will be handled by refund only.
*If we determine that there has been fraudulent activity, such as multiple sizes, multiple entries, entries outside the application period, or entries for the purpose of bulk purchasing, we reserve the right to exclude you from future lotteries and invalidate your account without prior notice, regardless of the reason.

Q1. Cannot register as a new member on the app
A1. You cannot register as a new member with an email address that is already registered for our online site's newsletter.
Please register with a different email address.
If you wish to log in with an email address already registered for our newsletter, you will need to complete the full member registration process on our online site as described below.

１、Tap the menu button in the top right.
２、Tap My account.
３、Tap Create account.
４、Fill in the required information on the new member registration screen → "Register"
*Enter the email address subscribed to the newsletter.
５、You will receive an email from our store at the registered address with the subject "Activate your customer account."
６、Tap "Activate account" to complete registration.
７、Return to the app and log in with the above information.
Q2. Cannot log in to the app
A2-1. Please log in with the same email address used for your online site full member registration.
A2-2. Please wait a moment and try again with the correct password.
Q3. The lottery entry button does not appear
A3. The entry button will appear when you turn on push notifications.
Q4. The app won't open, crashes immediately, or cannot proceed to lottery entry, etc.
A4. Please wait a moment, restart your device, and try uninstalling and re-downloading the app.
Alternatively, updating your device to the latest version may resolve the issue.
Q5. The lottery entry button does not respond
A5. If the iOS version of your device is old, an error may occur where the lottery application button does not respond.
To enter, you will need to update your iOS version to the latest. Please back up your data and
update after checking the compatibility with other apps you are using.
