“FlowErs foR yOur soUl” at Forget-me-nots Daikanyama
Hello, World! is a support project that offers female artists under 35 residing in Japan the opportunity to hold a free solo exhibition at the Forget-me-nots Daikanyama main store pop-up space, among other locations.
From November 9th (Saturday) to November 17th (Sunday), a solo exhibition titled “FlowErs foR yOur soUl” by photographer mikri will be held at the Forget-me-nots Daikanyama main store.

After graduating from the Department of Photography at Nihon University College of Art, mikri has expanded her activities by shooting and holding solo exhibitions around the world, establishing herself as an upcoming artist. Many of her works are inspired by nature, which she considers her life’s bible, and she captures the beauty of plants and nature from her unique perspective.
This exhibition will feature 15 new works across three types, all created with Forget-me-nots in mind.
You will see works based on flowers that symbolize Forget-me-nots and are also beloved by mikri herself. Please enjoy these collaborative works with her, an independent artist with a strong will, who embodies the concept of Forget-me-nots.

We will also be releasing original mikri×Forget-me-nots apparel at the POPUP STORE and Forget-me-nots ONLINE STORE.

She excels at capturing subjects as they are, with minimal cropping or processing, using natural light. Everyday life is filled with beautiful and fleeting scenery. Not only things that change daily, but even things that don't change, can appear different depending on the weather, light, and one's mood. By shifting our perspective and viewpoint from what we consider ordinary, everything might feel precious and grateful. She wants to convey such feelings through her photographs.
The emerging female artist support project "Hello, World!" provides opportunities for female artists residing in Japan to hold free solo exhibitions at the Daikanyama main store pop-up space, among other locations. Depending on the artist's career stage, we not only provide pop-up spaces but also offer diverse opportunities for expression through collaborative projects and content creation, aiming to empower women who will be active in the future. Through this project, we support female artists in maximizing their potential and provide new opportunities and value to art fans who need them.
